When applied directly after skincare without sunscreen, it also provides good coverage.
ConsWhen applied over sunscreen, the makeup seems to break down faster as time goes by. However, if I apply it without any base, I keep getting deep blemishes.

I really appreciate the generous amount you get. After application, it sets to a matte finish, making it perfect for summer use.
ConsIf you have dry skin or blemishes, it tends to accentuate those problem areas. Also, for those with oily skin, it may break down in a less-than-flattering way, so you'll need to touch up regularly throughout the day.

The variety of shades is also noteworthy.
ConsAs someone with dry skin, I find it sits on top of my skin rather than absorbing. It settles into expression lines around the nose and under-eye area, causing creasing and flaking. The worst part is how it breaks down - it's really unflattering. It seems to separate and crack, and touch-ups only make it worse, leaving me at a loss. It's a thick, heavy foundation that American beauty YouTubers might prefer, but it doesn't suit my preference for a more natural, translucent skin-like finish. Unfortunately, it just didn't work with my makeup style!

ConsWhile I appreciated the matte effect, it seemed to break down faster compared to other NARS products in terms of longevity.

It eventually becomes semi-matte, giving me the exact finish I wanted.
ConsIt has absolutely no coverage. It starts breaking down from the nose area. You'll just end up with a bright bare face look.
TipTry mixing it with other products for better results.

While it doesn't have zero coverage, it's not highly covering, so it might be best to use with a concealer.
ConsFor my combination dehydrated skin, the nose area breaks down by afternoon while the rest stays put, so I use it with a finishing powder. Although there are various shades, they all lean yellow overall, so even with shade 23, I can't find a match. Might as well try shade 1 Greenland at this point...
TipSince it's weak at covering pores, those with large pores might want to use a pore primer first. If you have a solid skincare routine, you shouldn't experience any deep dryness. Also, if you dislike pink-based foundations, you might enjoy using this for its yellow-based, natural tone.

The application feels nice (just the feeling though). It didn't get oily during summer use. You can apply it in thin layers.
ConsThis is the worst foundation I've ever used. It's too yellow and doesn't provide good coverage. It's just a lot of product with poor quality. Even the Yves Saint Laurent Encre de Peau foundation, known for being drying, worked much better for me. This one is extremely drying. I'm almost finished with it, but my skin is reaching its limit. It doesn't adhere well, comes off easily, and breaks down quickly.
TipI'm at a loss. I've tried everything, including using a damp beauty sponge, but nothing works. I'm just going to throw it away. If I had to give a tip, it would be to apply an extremely hydrating skincare base, spritz with face mist, let it absorb, then apply a thin layer of foundation, mist again, apply another thin layer, and set with mist or a fixing spray. You really need to apply it in very thin layers.

The adherence is not bad either, and it finishes with a slightly powdery feel, but it's not too matte, so there's no flaking or emphasis on dead skin cells. The coverage is medium. I tested it at the department store before buying, and they recommended applying thin layers multiple times, so I usually apply two thin layers. While I don't typically use high-coverage products, this one provides decent medium coverage.
ConsThe longevity and transfer are quite disappointing. I bought this product after hearing good things about NARS foundations, but contrary to its name 'Skin Tint', its staying power is terrible. When first applied, it looks bright, powdery, and dewy, which is nice, but that state doesn't last long at all. By the time I get to work, it already feels like some of it has disappeared. That's probably why they recommended a concealer during the testing session, and my friend who bought it with me also finds this aspect most disappointing. While it's lightweight and offers some coverage, the poor longevity and significant fingerprints left behind are the biggest drawbacks.
TipI've recently started using a MAC fixer along with it, which seems to somewhat improve its longevity.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsAs someone with oily skin, I'm not a fan of sticky foundations, but I loved how this one has a fresh, powdery finish! True to its name, it applies thinly, which is great.
ConsIt doesn't break down prettily. When it does break down, it tends to settle into the creases around the nose. The sales associate said it was an all-in-one product, so I wouldn't need a separate compact or powder. However, given my skin type, I feel the need to set the foundation with a compact. Due to its powdery nature, if your skincare isn't applied smoothly or depending on your skin condition, it can slightly emphasize dead skin cells, especially when reapplying!
TipDon't apply it right after squeezing it out. Instead, spread it on the back of your hand first, let your body heat warm it up a bit, then apply. While using a puff is fine, I find that using a brush is more effective in preventing the emphasis of dead skin cells. In my case, I either mix it with Giorgio Armani Lasting Silk foundation or apply a very thin layer of Giorgio first, followed by a thin layer of this skin tint. The staying power is better than when using this product alone. It's a perfect combination to layer a moderately moisturizing foundation thinly, then a thin layer of this skin tint. It doesn't break down easily either. I went out drinking with this combination, and my base makeup stayed intact! I only needed to blot excess oil with a compact. If you use it well, it's a pretty good foundation.

The texture is so nice that on skin without visible pores or bumps, it creates a beautiful dewy glow that's just perfect to look at.
ConsToo many strange issues. While it doesn't cause large blemishes, it leaves behind many small, grain-like bumps. High chance of applying too thick. Hard to find a good match with other brushes or sponges. Tends to separate easily. Clumps and breaks down - it's better to use it alone (doesn't pair well with concealer).
TipApply with your fingers and finish by gently patting with a dry sponge without any added moisture!
