  It's made with good ingredients, affordable, and has high ratings. Plus, there's a store near my workplace where I could buy it. When I smelled it, the scent was pleasant, so I felt like I scored a great find!

  I used it for a month due to concerns about thin hair, but my hair started disappearing from the crown. The only thing I changed was the shampoo... It could be due to stress or other reasons, but I was so shocked that I stopped using it. Actually, I couldn't bring myself to use it anymore. Thankfully, my hair grew back, but it was a scary experience.

  Pros

  After using other shampoos with no harmful ingredients, I was looking for a more affordable alternative when a friend recommended this family shampoo. I've been using it for 3 weeks now. At first, my hair felt quite stiff, but using it with conditioner made it much better. It lathers well, has a nice scent, and especially great value for money. I'll definitely keep using it!

  I wish they could improve it a bit by increasing the cleansing effectiveness and boosting hydration to reduce the stiffness.

  I originally used Avalon shampoo but found it a bit pricey, so I decided to try this as an alternative. I'm pleased that it uses gentler surfactants compared to the common ones found in supermarket brands. Despite its watery consistency, similar to liquid soap, it still lathers up nicely. The scent is quite pleasant for a natural shampoo too. When rinsing, I like to fill the sink with water and massage my scalp with my fingertips - it leaves my scalp feeling incredibly light! My hair stays fresh and fluffy even after two days. As for hair texture, I didn't notice a huge difference from Avalon, but I do use a separate treatment. I've already stocked up on three bottles and will likely repurchase once I've used them up.

  Cons

  The consistency is almost like water, but the pump dispenser is quite strong. Sometimes it dispenses too much product, causing it to spill off my palm. I've learned to press gently now, but it's frustrating when it occasionally squirts out - feels like such a waste!

  It's best to buy this when there's a member-exclusive sale event. That's when you can get a good deal!
