  There's no harsh fragrance, and I've definitely noticed less hair fall since I started using this shampoo.

  As someone with an extremely oily scalp, I'm limited in my product choices. Fortunately, this shampoo works well for me. After washing, my hair feels refreshingly clean with all the excess oil removed. It's such a relief!

  Cons

  The downside is that it makes my hair quite stiff and difficult to manage. Using a conditioner afterwards is an absolute must.

  Tip

  With my previous shampoo, I used to pump twice and massage it all over my scalp. However, with this one, that method would make my hair too rigid to work through. Instead, I apply small amounts to different areas and gently massage it in. This technique works much better for cleansing effectiveness without overdrying.

  I love that it's free from harmful ingredients. When I used regular chemical products, my hairstylist said the skin under my hair was really damaged. But after using this, the salon owner actually commented that my scalp looks much healthier!

  Cons

  However, it's a bit too thick and makes my hair feel tangled. The scent is quite strong, reminiscent of peppermint - it's quite invigorating! It might be a challenge to achieve that subtle, floral fragrance of a delicate lady with this one.

  This is the first shampoo I bought after carefully checking each ingredient on Hwahae. Being pregnant, I was extra cautious in my selection. The lather was better than I expected, and the price is quite reasonable too. Not bad at all!

  Cons

  After shampooing, my hair felt quite stiff - perhaps because I have dyed hair. Even when using the conditioner from the same line, I couldn't feel any softness. As a result, I'm only using the shampoo now. The conditioner is just sitting there unused.
