It's so refreshing to apply this like aloe vera after sun exposure on a hot summer day, especially when you're in front of the air conditioner. The hydration is excellent. I love that it doesn't leave an oily residue like other moisturizers. It's disappointing that it absorbs so quickly. Being a gel-type, you need to apply quite a bit, so it runs out fast.

It's incredibly bouncy and plump. There's absolutely no rich feeling, just a delightfully chewy jelly-like texture. When you scoop it out with the spatula, it's like spooning out actual jelly. If you have combination dehydrated skin, this is a must-try! But don't use this product alone. Layer a moderately rich moisturizer on top to seal in the hydration. This combo prevents deep dryness and thanks to the slight oiliness on the surface, your makeup won't crack or settle into fine lines the next day. When I first used this product by itself, I felt an incredible hydration bomb right after application and was satisfied. However, after about 15 minutes, that hydrated feeling disappeared, leaving my skin feeling desert-dry. I didn't use it for 3-4 months after that, but when I tried applying a different moisturizer on top, the product's benefits really shone through. I really hope this doesn't get discontinued! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. It's truly packed with hydration and seems to fulfill its purpose faithfully. I'm satisfied! It might be too much to use this alone. This product has a jelly-like texture that's perfect for summer, brimming with hydration. It feels closer to a gel than a cream. Despite this, its moisturizing power isn't bad at all. It's especially great as a lightweight moisturizer for the warmer months. It's hard to decide if it's a cream or a gel. The moisturizing effect is a bit weak to be called a cream. Maybe it's due to the texture, but I'm not sure if it provides deep hydration.

It feels a bit lacking in hydration after one application, but applying a second layer seems to work well. It's great for a light application. I often get blemishes, but this is good because it's so lightweight.
