1. I have dry skin but love a matte finish. It's convenient and nice to have everything done in one step, instead of the hassle of applying a dewy BB cream and then powder every day. 2. I was hesitant when I swatched it on the back of my hand as it looked too dry, but it applied beautifully on my face. 3. It gives you baby-soft skin and doesn't cling to forehead lines, which is great. 4. The slim size is perfect for carrying around. 5. The puff is delightfully bouncy and just my style. 1. Like all compacts, it's frustrating how it attracts dust. 2. The staying power is disappointing, such a shame. 3. The amount you get for the price is tiny. We need a larger size option! 4. When reapplying, it might be better to use a bit of moisturizer. The matte finish can cause some pilling. When reapplying, it's best to avoid the areas around the nose where product tends to build up. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 11, 2018
I absolutely loved this cushion foundation! I used it during summer, and while it did get a bit oily and fade over time, it wasn't excessive and still performed well. The coverage was great, and it lasted quite a while. I was so impressed that I bought a refill after finishing the first one. It really suited my skin! Occasionally, it would pill a bit, especially when my skin wasn't in the best condition. Despite this, I still managed to use up two compacts. It's not completely oil-free, but it doesn't get excessively oily either. I used it consistently throughout summer, making it my go-to foundation. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 2, 2017
The coverage is great, and the skin is finished with a fluffy, soft texture as the name suggests, which is an enormous advantage. However, the area around the nose becomes messy over time, and it tends to shift slightly when reapplying makeup, which is a downside. I hesitate to call it a tip, but I applied a moisturizing type of base once in a thin layer, and then I applied the real powder cushion thinly on top of that. That way, the inside is moisturized, and the outside is fluffy and soft, which I found to be even better. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 6, 2017
After using this cushion, I no longer need powder! It's the perfect cushion for me, an oily-skinned person. While it may divide opinions, I'm a big fan of it. However, I absolutely cannot recommend this cushion to those with dry skin. It had decent coverage that worked well for me, even with my reddish complexion. I recommend this to oily-skinned people, especially in the summer! There is a slight caking issue. That's unfortunate. And it's a shame that it's difficult for those with dry skin to use this product. Many people say it's not great, but some in my circle swear by it as a holy grail product! Don't just listen to what others say - try it out for yourself first before deciding whether to buy it! If you have oily skin and sweat a lot in the summer, definitely check out Etude House. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 26, 2017
The good points...? The case was pretty, and I bought it based on the strong recommendation of a beauty creator I trust completely, so I had high expectations. No matter how I apply it, it becomes a splotchy mess. It applies so dirty and powdery. It even creates wrinkles that weren't there before. Where did my pores go? There they are!!!!!!! As if playing hide-and-seek with my pores, no, it just blatantly shows them. It's as if the pores are having a party together; While it doesn't crumble from the dirty application, the skin imprinting is severe. If I have a strong base, it still cakes up. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinFeb 26, 2017
✔️Good coverage ✔️Yellow-based color ✔️Portable and easy to carry around ✔️Poor longevity - oil rises and causes clumping and crumbling ✔️Caution for those with open pores, as it can clog pores ✔️Relatively dry around the mouth and nose area (Switched to Himalaya foundation but the results were similar, with dryness in those areas) ✔️Clings and clumps around the nose ✔️Poor adhesion ✔️Do not use hands, dab and apply with a cushion puff or sponge - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 26, 2017
Since I have combination skin, the forehead, cheeks, and nose area became smooth and clean, and I saw the effects. It also covered the redness, and I wanted a matte finish, which this cushion resolved! I have dry skin around my mouth, and it immediately clings and creases, especially on the sides of my nose. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 18, 2016
The coverage is great and the longevity is quite long-lasting. When I reapply it, there is a bit of a caked-on feeling. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 9, 2016
The finish was very nice - not sticky at all, but soft and powdery. The coverage was also good! This is a cushion for emphasizing pores, haha. If you have a lot of pores and flaky skin, absolutely do not choose this!! There was also a slight caking feeling, maybe due to the puff..ㅠㅠ - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 6, 2016
The fact itself is so thin that it's great to carry around. I'm using it as a portable mirror. It's hard to find in cushions... no transfer!!! I strongly recommend it to Wang Ji-seong.... As much as there is no transfer, it is extremely matte. It's only worth using in the middle of summer and the rainy season. I tried to use it for correction, but the matte effect completely erased the foundation I had diligently applied earlier, so I gave up. Rather than using it for correction, it seems better to apply it matte from the beginning. I've kept it carefully, and I plan to use it when the humidity is high.
