I switched from Natural Beige to Honey Beige because the refill wasn't available. At first, I was shocked because it blended so perfectly with my skin that I couldn't even tell I'd applied it. I tried to cover blemishes and pores, but it was so seamless I couldn't see any difference. Then I realized it worked wonders on my vitiligo patches - it matched the lighter areas so well that they became indistinguishable from my regular skin tone. Now I use this cushion specifically on my vitiligo spots and a different one for the rest of my face. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinJan 19, 2018
I was looking for a lightweight cushion for summer, and this one fits the bill perfectly. The texture is thin and it absorbs well, feeling light on the skin. As expected from a BB cream... It turns grayish after a while. It's too dark for me, so I had to layer another foundation on top. Probably won't repurchase. - kk****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 30, 2017
As someone with acne-prone and sensitive skin, I'm always careful about ingredients when buying makeup. Unlike other foundations that make my nose area look cakey and cause flaking, this one doesn't do that at all - I love it! Since it's specifically designed for acne-prone skin, it's trustworthy. Rather than looking like it's sitting on top of the skin, it feels like it's blending away. I think it would work great for combination dehydrated skin or dry skin types, rather than very oily skin! The tea tree scent is quite strong, but it varies from person to person. The color has a grayish tint at first, but it settles nicely after a while. It works really well with the Etude House hygiene puff! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinNov 13, 2017
* Coverage While it's not the strongest in terms of coverage, that's to be expected from an AC Clean Up product. Don't set your expectations too high, but it does provide some light coverage! It gives a slight grayish-yellow tint - think of it as a 'bare skin' cushion. * Application It applies with a moisturizing feel initially. You might experience a slight cooling effect when patting it in with the puff, which can be refreshing for those with redness or warmth in their cheeks. * Staying Power It lasts about 2-3 hours before needing a touch-up. * Performance It feels incredibly gentle, unlikely to cause any blemishes. For best results, make sure to load up the cushion puff well before applying. * Overall Impression There's a subtle cool mint scent mixed with other pleasant fragrances. It has a natural look to it. The coverage is similar to Biotherm's Aquasource cushion - not heavy, but enough to give your face a natural, fresh look. Perfect for students who want to wear makeup without getting caught! If you're looking for a 'bare skin' cushion, this is it. * Design The lightweight, mint-colored case is aesthetically pleasing, though the plastic material might be prone to cracking. It's simple and sleek. While it would be nice to have a sturdier case like YSL, Fomood, or Lara Besse cushions, expecting that at this price point would be a bit unreasonable. * Coverage (again) The main drawback is the lack of strong coverage. If Etude could develop a functional cushion that prevents blemishes, doesn't cause acne, and provides good coverage, it would be a massive hit. That's the main area for improvement. * Cushion Puff The puff tends to absorb quite a bit of the product, so it's best to really saturate the puff before applying. * Pro Tip: You can snag this cushion for just 10,000 won during sales or special Etude House events! (I got mine for 10,000 won during a sale period) * Insider Advice: Sign up for membership at all the road shop brands. The best thing was that it didn't cause any blemishes, which was such a relief! I've been applying it like a concealer, dabbing it with my fingers on areas prone to breakouts. It's reassuring that it doesn't cause breakouts due to the tea tree ingredient, and I also loved the pleasant scent! I was really disappointed with the color, unfortunately. I'm considering repurchasing in the light beige shade, but I'm worried it might be too light for my complexion. - so*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsAug 26, 2017
As someone with acne-prone skin, I was hesitant to try new cushions, but this was the first one I dared to purchase. Something about it felt trustworthy, so I bought it right away! I heard the shade ran dark, which was perfect for my complexion that's a bit deeper than average. First off, since it's designed for acne-prone skin, I didn't experience any blemishes - that's a definite plus! The color was slightly lighter than expected, but once applied, I was quite satisfied with the match. The case is slim and comes in a cool mint color, which I find adorable. And the price point? For an acne-friendly cushion in the $10-20 range, it's really budget-friendly, which I absolutely love! For my oily skin, it's too hydrating, which makes it transfer easily and feels sticky. The coverage is also weak - my friends even suggested I throw it away, asking where I got such a poor product. Don't assume it has good coverage just because it's for acne-prone skin! The only good thing about this is that it has gentle ingredients. As for coverage... well, it's practically non-existent. - am********Combination SkinAcne SkinAug 19, 2017
As someone with oily skin, I love how it's not greasy and leaves a light finish While I appreciate the slim case design, I wish it was a bit more attractive - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 16, 2017
It doesn't cause blemishes and has a pleasant tea tree scent. It was generally okay. The adherence wasn't bad either! However, it's not something I'd consider exceptionally great. The color... I thought I'd changed nationality, it was so dark! It applies heavily and feels greasy, with oil rising to the surface. I'd recommend not buying it at all... Maybe the light beige shade would be a bit better. The tip is to avoid this shade. There's no hope for any color except light beige. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinJun 11, 2017
I love how it creates a natural-looking complexion. It seems to be the perfect cushion foundation for those with oily skin. It's pretty good overall, except that it doesn't completely cover blemishes. - kk*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 9, 2017
Absorbs effortlessly without burdening the skin. Perfect for darker skin tones (24-25). Contains beneficial ingredients. Effectively covers pores. Fades away cleanly without leaving residue. Has a slight grayish tint, takes about 20 minutes to blend into the complexion. Average staying power, touch-up necessary by lunchtime.
