I received this as a mini gift size. While the Parisian Red shade was too warm for me, this one is perfect for cool-toned daily wear. It looks beautiful even on bare skin and applies well with full makeup too! I'm planning to buy the full-size product. The color looked like a reddish-brown at first glance, which seemed a bit intense, but once applied, it's a lovely cool-toned MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade that gives a calm and sophisticated look. I highly recommend testing it out for yourself! Since it's not a matte lipstick, it does transfer onto masks in these times... and if you eat a lot, it tends to wear off where your lips touch the food. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJul 18, 2019
The color is luxurious and the scent is quite pleasant. It applies with a nice moisturizing feel, and it suits me well. It comes off easily? Well, it's a lipstick, so I suppose that's to be expected. Applying it fully can be a bit much, so I prefer to use a gradient technique. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 9, 2019
I have a cool summer complexion. While it's not a perfect match, the color is sophisticated and beautiful. It applies incredibly moisturizing. Perhaps due to its hydrating and creamy texture, it transfers too easily and the staying power is disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 16, 2018
The color is absolutely stunning. It's a unique and sophisticated shade. It also blends beautifully with other lip colors. The formula is moisturizing and the pigmentation is excellent, making it my favorite lipstick. There's nothing particularly disappointing, but it's a shame that the packaging, while gorgeous, scratches easily. It breaks my heart a little. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 2, 2017
As someone with an autumn warm-toned complexion, this hibiscus color really suits me well. The slightly toned-down shade doesn't make me look older, but rather gives a sophisticated and beautiful look! I had to wait almost a week to get this since it was sold out when I tried to purchase it, but it was worth the wait! However, since it's a hydrating formula, the longevity isn't as great as matte lipsticks. I have to reapply it frequently. Similar shades from other brands, like MAC's Party Line, are somewhat comparable to this. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 16, 2016
I'm a warm-toned person, and this is one of my favorite lipsticks. It has great application - it glides on smoothly and evenly, and the color is vibrant. The color is so luxurious and beautiful, which is why some people just buy lipsticks based on the color alone. This is the one. When applied lightly, it has a berry-like gradient, and when applied more heavily, it's a deep, dark burgundy. (And the packaging is pretty too!) Admittedly, Bobbi Brown is quite expensive, so I can't really afford to buy it often. And the lasting power! It all wears off after just one drink of water. I tried to use it sparingly, but I end up applying it frequently anyway. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 6, 2016
The color is beautiful. It's a dried rose, and I'd say it's a bit more high-end. It's better to apply it in a blurred way rather than a gradient, and it suits warm-toned people well. It also applies smoothly and softly. Since it's not a matte lipstick, the staying power is lower. It's more matte than the Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté (though that may be an unfair comparison).
