It effectively removes blackheads and doesn't cause any blemishes after cleansing It's a bit on the pricey side, but the quality justifies the cost Using a scoop to apply it makes it more convenient. Scoops from other brands work well too - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 13, 2021
This cleansing balm has incredible cleansing effectiveness, removing even waterproof makeup in one go! I'm totally satisfied with its gentle feel and how it smoothly melts into the skin. The price is the biggest drawback. I fell for the sales pitch at the store and bought it once, but I won't be repurchasing. The price-to-quantity ratio is just wicked - you get so little for such a high cost. There are many other cleansing balms out there that are cheaper, gentle, and remove makeup effectively. The price point is especially disappointing. If you're rolling in money, sure, give it a try. It would make a great gift to receive though! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 5, 2020
Even after using a makeup remover, I was a bit disappointed that some eye makeup residue remained. But with this, it's definitely cleaned off thoroughly, which I love! There's nothing particularly bad, but I've heard some people say the quantity is small. I'm satisfied with it (maybe because I don't use it daily). I'd recommend using a spatula rather than scooping it out with your fingers. I tried a tip from the store manager to roll it on dry skin, then spray some mist and do it again. It works amazingly well! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJul 30, 2019
I was a bit hesitant about using a balm-type cleanser, but it turned out to be incredibly effective at removing makeup. It melts easily with the warmth of your hands and gently removes makeup without any irritation. Even mascara comes off smoothly with a bit of gentle rolling. I love that it's not harsh and doesn't cause any blemishes. It leaves a tiny bit of residue from long-lasting tints. And well... the price is a bit steep. For point makeup areas, rubbing a couple more times gives a feeling of more thorough cleansing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinMay 31, 2019
It removes makeup effectively and its balm form makes it convenient to carry while traveling. It even removes eye makeup well, so this one product can take care of all your makeup removal needs. The texture feels moisturizing on the skin. The main drawback is that it's quite expensive. I'd love to keep using it, but the price always makes me hesitate. You can remove all your makeup, including eye makeup, in one go! When traveling, this is the only cleansing product you need to bring along! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 2, 2019
I've tried various cleansing oils and waters, but the balm works best for me in terms of its smooth rolling sensation and thorough cleansing. It's gentle and removes makeup effectively. The only downside is the high price... I have combination skin with an oily T-zone, but I'm not particularly sensitive. Estée Lauder products generally suit me well, so I've been using this without any issues. In fact, I've been loyal to it for three years now. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 30, 2017
I have sensitive skin. There is redness, and my skin feels like it's turning inside out when I double cleanse. It's not so much that my skin is sensitive, but rather that it's thin, which makes it sensitive. I usually apply makeup lightly and cleanse with a mild acidic foam cleanser twice. On days when I have clogged pores or flaky skin, I cleanse solely with this product. It clears up the sebum and exfoliation without being irritating, which I like. The cleansing power is also good. There wasn't really anything bad. Since I have sensitive skin, using it every day is a bit irritating. If your skin has redness, you should apply makeup lightly. You can use a BB cream instead of foundation. The coverage isn't as good, but it comes off much easier than foundation. If you apply makeup heavily, you need to use a cleansing product that removes it well, but those tend to be irritating. Gently pat this product onto your face and spread it around, then rinse it off while gently massaging. The more friction on your skin, the more irritating it becomes. Spending a long time cleansing can also be irritating. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJul 13, 2017
This is a convenient product to carry around when traveling or on business trips. As it is a cleansing product, it removes makeup well. This one product is all you need for cleansing, without the need for any other facial wash. The more I used it, the more my skin became dull and rough, and the breakouts started. I also felt like my face was getting a bit dry. I usually start with the most basic skin and cleansing products when trying a new product or brand, but this one didn't work for me. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 27, 2017
It's convenient to carry around when traveling, so I bought it. It also removes makeup well, and since I mainly carry it around when traveling, it's convenient~^^ There are no particular troubles. The price is not that cheap, so I usually use the duty-free shop. It's not really a honey tip, but since it's not too big or heavy, it's convenient to carry around when traveling. It's better than carrying around oil. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 1, 2017
The makeup can be easily removed with just a small amount, including eyeshadows and heavy blush. I used to use cleansing tissues, but they seemed to irritate my skin, so I tried this product and it's definitely less irritating and more gentle, with a nice massaging effect. It also doesn't leave an oily residue when rinsed off, so it feels fresh. Since it's in a jar form, there's the inconvenience of having to twist the lid open and use a spatula. And the price is quite expensive, unfortunately.
