It effectively removes blackheads and doesn't cause any blemishes after cleansing It's a bit on the pricey side, but the quality justifies the cost Using a scoop to apply it makes it more convenient. Scoops from other brands work well too - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedApr 13, 2022
It's gentle yet effectively removes even eye makeup in one go. It's truly convenient! There's honestly nothing to complain about. I'll definitely repurchase. I'm actually worried they might stop producing it! - ke*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinSep 28, 2021
Absorbs smoothly on the face. Easy to use. Convenient to carry around. The excessive oiliness caused blemishes to appear even up to the cheekbones. Even after double cleansing with foam, my pores seemed clogged, leading to a breakout of blemishes. I stopped using it and switched back to another brand's cleansing oil, which didn't cause any breakouts. I can't bring myself to use this product ever again. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 13, 2021
This cleansing balm has incredible cleansing effectiveness, removing even waterproof makeup in one go! I'm totally satisfied with its gentle feel and how it smoothly melts into the skin. The price is the biggest drawback. I fell for the sales pitch at the store and bought it once, but I won't be repurchasing. The price-to-quantity ratio is just wicked - you get so little for such a high cost. There are many other cleansing balms out there that are cheaper, gentle, and remove makeup effectively. The price point is especially disappointing. If you're rolling in money, sure, give it a try. It would make a great gift to receive though! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 5, 2020
Even after using a makeup remover, I was a bit disappointed that some eye makeup residue remained. But with this, it's definitely cleaned off thoroughly, which I love! There's nothing particularly bad, but I've heard some people say the quantity is small. I'm satisfied with it (maybe because I don't use it daily). I'd recommend using a spatula rather than scooping it out with your fingers. I tried a tip from the store manager to roll it on dry skin, then spray some mist and do it again. It works amazingly well! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 12, 2020
Being a balm type, it doesn't run and melts instantly when rolled onto the skin, making it convenient to use. After using it, I noticed no skin tightness or dryness following cleansing. The gold mirror-like lid design is quite pretty! It seems you might need to follow up with a foam cleanser for a thorough cleanse, but I'm still satisfied with it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 8, 2020
At first, it feels solid like a balm, but when you roll it on your face, it melts smoothly and effectively removes all makeup. 1. There's no spatula included, so you need to buy one separately for convenient application. 2. The amount you get is quite small for the price. 1. After rolling, add a bit of water to emulsify, then rinse your face for an even cleaner result. 2. For double cleansing, pair it with a micro cleansing foam for extra hydration. - he**********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 30, 2019
I was a bit hesitant about using a balm-type cleanser, but it turned out to be incredibly effective at removing makeup. It melts easily with the warmth of your hands and gently removes makeup without any irritation. Even mascara comes off smoothly with a bit of gentle rolling. I love that it's not harsh and doesn't cause any blemishes. It leaves a tiny bit of residue from long-lasting tints. And well... the price is a bit steep. For point makeup areas, rubbing a couple more times gives a feeling of more thorough cleansing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 31, 2019
It removes makeup effectively and its balm form makes it convenient to carry while traveling. It even removes eye makeup well, so this one product can take care of all your makeup removal needs. The texture feels moisturizing on the skin. The main drawback is that it's quite expensive. I'd love to keep using it, but the price always makes me hesitate. You can remove all your makeup, including eye makeup, in one go! When traveling, this is the only cleansing product you need to bring along! - he*********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 4, 2019
As a Double Wear foundation user, this is the perfect cleansing combo. It's lighter than oil but heavier than water-based cleansers, striking the ideal balance. While the balm texture is unavoidable for this type of product, the packaging is a bit disappointing. After using it for a while, you need to twist open the container to get more, which can lead to a messy, stained exterior. If you're in a rush to remove your makeup quickly, this formula might not be the best choice. Like other cleansing oils or balms, it requires taking your time to massage it in thoroughly.
