  Since I'm extremely intelligent, I tried the waterproof one. First, I filled in the mucous membrane and after an hour, there was no residue.

  This is my holy grail product. There is almost no smudging, and the creamy application is not too bad either.

  Cons

  There wasn't really any downside. When applied to the mucous membrane, it seems inevitable that it will leave a slight residue under the eyes.

  Tip

  You can smudge right after applying the eyeliner. However, over time it hardens (which is why it doesn't smudge) and if you try to reapply on top, the area you had already drawn on will start to peel off. So it ends up looking messy :( Keep this in mind!
