The eyeliner was great for beginners! It has a smooth and nice application.

This is a product I've used for a very long time. The waterproof effect is fantastic. It doesn't wipe off easily even when rubbed, which is great. It's easy to fill in the gaps, and if you're looking for a strong waterproof product, I highly recommend this. The formula is soft and doesn't break easily. Affordable with good application, but I'm not sure about much else unfortunately.
Cons
It requires a dedicated sharpener, so it's quite awkward to sharpen with other tools. I'm not sure about the water resistance. It's just so-so, only good for the cheap price.

My friend gave it to me as a birthday gift, and I tried it once. It was much better than I expected. It draws smoothly, has a rich color payoff, and most importantly, it's waterproof, which I think is even better.
