Pros
This is the eyeliner I've been using continuously. It's easy to re-draw and easy to correct if I happen to draw it wrong, which I really like. It's particularly good that it doesn't smudge.
Cons
It does sometimes get a bit dry and hard to draw, but for the most part, I enjoy using it.
Tip
When the pencil feels a bit stiff, you can gently rub the top part with a tissue and it will draw well again.

It can draw thin lines, applies smoothly, the color is good, and it doesn't easily wipe off even when water touches it (it does wipe off a little).

💄The staying power is really amazing! The trace of the test I did at the store 5 days ago is still there... Even after washing it thoroughly, it doesn't come off, so the staying power is really top-notch. 💄The application is really good. It glides on smoothly and gives a rich color payoff, and it's really great! 💄The fact that it's an automatic type makes it easy to use? The cost-effectiveness is amazing, and it's a must-have item for summer water activities, it's really amazing!!

👓 It takes a bit of time to expect the waterproof function. The instructions say the product only becomes waterproof after it's completely dry, and it seems to take about 30 minutes to an hour. Pros
The product has excellent durability and does not smear easily. Even after 10 hours of wear, the line only slightly faded when I tried to remove it. There were no issues with creasing or other problems. (I sometimes apply eyeshadow before using this product, but after application, the eyeshadow is fully covered.) From the moment I apply it until I remove it, I don't have to worry about anything. The 'no-makeup' look is the charm of this product, as it works perfectly without any issues. I never have to think about whether it has faded, smeared, or looks strange. The color is a perfect dark brown (not black, and certainly not a natural brown), so there is no mismatch with the natural color of my lashes.
Cons
It is difficult to draw a pretty line with this product. (I have given up on using this eyeliner after just 3 days of struggling with it, as it is a brush-pen type.) The combination of being an auto-type with no sharpener results in a rather blunt tip, and I'm not sure if that's the reason, but I cannot create a sharp, clean line. The edges always look blurred. The matte finish also makes it difficult to apply smoothly. It's not a formula that spreads, but rather one that dries quickly. If I try to layer it for more intense color, by the time I apply the second layer, the first layer has already dried, so it ends up feeling uncomfortable and like I'm building up multiple layers. However, the drying does not actually change the appearance of the applied eyeliner. Since it's waterproof, it also gets removed easily by oil. Even a few light touches near the inner corner of my eyes can make the eyeliner disappear in that area, leaving me looking like I didn't apply any at all. It wipes off almost too cleanly. (In fact, I just realized this is a waterproof formula as I was writing this review.) (Additional note added on 20170519) It also tends to stick to my lashes, and when I lightly brush over them, I can see powder residue. It's not an extremely bothersome issue, but on the days when I'm extra meticulous about the line, my eyes feel heavy.
Tip
If you lightly dip a cotton swab in lotion and use it to remove the eyeliner, it comes off cleanly. Instead of worrying about drawing a pretty line, focus on easily removing it, and you'll feel much more at ease. Quickly scribble it on, not caring if it goes beyond the desired area, then simply swipe it off with a cotton swab for a clean eyeliner look. This is so stress-free that I'd give it four stars. For those who frequently touch the inner corner of their eyes, causing the eyeliner and eyeshadow to disappear, you can just focus on drawing a nice line from the top of your eye directly to the outer corner. This way, it won't be as noticeable, but you can still create a sharp, defined eye look. (Additional note added on 20170513) The swatch on my wrist applies smoothly and intensely, but it's much harder to draw directly on the eyes. On top of toner, it goes on a bit lighter but evenly, while on top of lotion, it becomes slippery and uneven. (My cleansing routine is lotion > toner > basic, and the lotion can be completely removed by just rubbing with my hands.) That's why I apply it right after removing my makeup.
