I love the shimmery black pencil eyeliner! I used to use the Makeup Forever pencil, but when I was looking to try something new, I happened to swatch this product and fell in love, so I bought it!! As you can see in the first photo, it has black with silver & blue shimmer in it!! When you actually apply the eyeliner, the shimmer is very subtle, and there's not too much of it, so you can use it without feeling overwhelmed. This product also applies really smoothly without any irritation!! There's no smudging at all, even when I rub it with my fingers!
Cons
The second photo is taken about 10 hours after I applied it. The color I originally put on my undereyes was a cinnamon shade, but it turned into a deep brown ㅠ Why? The black liner powder was slowly falling off... It didn't smudge when I rubbed it with my fingers, but the powder was gently falling off, making the area under my eyes look a bit dark... That was disappointing...
