I've tried many shampoos, and this is a good one without any major flaws. Moreover, the large size is very convenient!
ConsSlight hair loss? *The fragrance is not a floral Provencal scent, but a strong masculine cologne-like smell, though it does go away after rinsing. *There is a tendency for a bit of hair shedding, not extremely severe compared to other shampoos I've used, but still a bit disappointing for an otherwise good shampoo. *It's fine on the day of use, but the next day the scalp feels slightly itchy!
TipThe photo differs from the current packaging(!)

Since it doesn't contain parabens, it shouldn't cause any skin issues.
ConsHowever, don't expect a strong cleansing power if you have an oily scalp.
TipFirst, thoroughly wet your scalp with water. If there's some dirt, oil, or dandruff buildup, lather the shampoo and gently massage it into your scalp. Then, do a quick rinse. This will leave your hair feeling cleaner. The key is to wash your face after shampooing your hair to avoid any leftover shampoo residue on your face.

So I bought a shampoo with gentle ingredients to try. I'm on my 6th repurchase and still using it. My seborrheic scalp has completely healed, and I no longer have any scalp issues, so I trust and continue using this product. I tried other shampoos in between, but I'm satisfied with the cost-effectiveness and ingredients, so I came back to this one.
ConsThe bottle is large, but the pump doesn't reach the bottom, so I have to turn it upside down to use it? After shampooing, my hair feels a bit stiff, but using the conditioner resolves this without much inconvenience.
TipI shampoo my hair twice. First, I lather the shampoo and let it sit for about 3 minutes before rinsing. Then, I shampoo my scalp and hair thoroughly once more before rinsing, and this leaves my hair feeling clean.

Some of the shampoos I used in the past would cause pimples on my scalp, but this shampoo has not caused any issues, and I've been using it for a year now. The formula is a transparent gel. The scent is a refreshing herbal one (it's labeled as lavender, but to me it smells more like an herbal fragrance) that feels cool and clean. Since it's made with natural surfactants, the lather isn't as abundant, and it felt a bit thick when I first used it. But since I follow up with a conditioner, I personally don't find it inconvenient. I've gotten used to the lack of heavy lather, and I actually prefer the clean feeling of this shampoo.
ConsThe pump dispenser has a relatively thin head, so you need to press down a bit harder. The shampoo comes out of a slightly small opening, so you need to pump it a few times.
