I've tried many shampoos, but this one stands out as a top-notch product without any significant drawbacks. Plus, the large size makes it super convenient!
ConsSlight hair loss concerns? *The scent isn't a delicate floral fragrance, but rather a strong, masculine aroma like men's cosmetics. However, it dissipates after rinsing, so it's not a major issue. *There's a slight tendency for hair to fall out. While it's not the worst among shampoos I've used, it's disappointing for an otherwise great product. *My scalp feels fine on the day I wash my hair, but there's a bit of itchiness the next day!
TipThe current packaging differs from the one shown in the photo!

Since it's paraben-free, it doesn't cause any blemishes.
ConsHowever, if you have an oily scalp, don't expect strong cleansing effectiveness.
TipStart by thoroughly wetting your scalp with water. Once the dirt, oil, and dead skin cells have softened a bit, lather up the shampoo and massage it into every nook and cranny. Take a brief break to do other shower tasks, then rinse. This seems to result in a cleaner feel. Importantly, wash your face after shampooing to avoid leaving any residue on your skin.

I wanted to try a shampoo with gentle ingredients. I'm currently using my 6th bottle, continuously repurchasing. My seborrheic scalp has completely healed, and I no longer get any blemishes on my scalp, so I trust and use this product. I tried other shampoos in between, but I came back to this one because I'm satisfied with both its value for money and ingredients.
ConsThe bottle is large, but the pump doesn't reach the bottom, so you have to flip it over to use the last bit. After shampooing, hair feels a bit stiff, but since I use a treatment afterward, it's not a major inconvenience.
TipI shampoo twice. First, I lather up my hair, leave it for about 3 minutes, then rinse. For the second wash, I thoroughly shampoo from the scalp to the hair ends and rinse. This leaves my hair feeling really clean.

Some store-bought shampoos used to give me scalp blemishes, but with this one, I haven't experienced any breakouts at all, so I've been using it for a year now. The formula is a clear gel. The scent is a refreshing herbal aroma (it says lavender on the label, but to me, it smells more like general herbs than specifically lavender). It gives a cool and clean feeling. Since it's made with natural surfactants, the lather isn't very rich. When I first used it, it felt a bit stiff, but since I always follow up with a treatment, it wasn't an issue for me personally. I've gotten used to the minimal lather, and now I actually feel like it cleanses more effectively.
ConsThe pump head is a bit thin, so you need to press it with some force. The opening where the shampoo comes out is slightly small, so you need to pump it several times.
