Pros
First, I'm a 20-something with dry and sensitive skin that only has acne on my cheeks! The application is smooth and spreads well, but it has a slightly sticky feel after application! If I apply it before makeup, it feels a bit heavy and slippery, so I find that applying a thin layer and then adding a light layer of lotion on top works well - it doesn't slip and the makeup applies nicely! The absorption is also good. To be honest, there is a slight stinging sensation when I apply it after cleansing my face or when my skin is a bit sensitive, but it goes away quickly and it settles in nicely once I've applied it and gone to sleep! It seems gentle. The moisturizing power is good enough that in the summer, I can just use this after cleansing and toning and it's sufficient! In the winter, it might be a bit drying, though!
Cons
The price is actually the most disappointing part, I think! It's on the expensive side for a soothing gel, but even so, I repurchased it this time!
Tip
If I had to share a tip, when I'm not wearing makeup during the day, I just use a mist, oil toner, essence, and this soothing gel. And in the evenings, I do the same routine but add a little bit of lotion after the soothing gel, and then apply the acne-focused version - the next morning, my skin is calmed and looks great!

Pros
It's as cold as if it was just taken out of the refrigerator (not too cold!) and it has an incredible amount of moisture, so I highly recommend it for those with dry skin. Even after it's fully absorbed, the skin inside stays moisturized and it's amazing!! My skin used to get very irritated, but after applying this aloe vera for about a week after putting on the lotion, it completely healed. I highly recommend it!!
Cons
When you first use it, it can sting a little. Those with sensitive skin may find it quite stinging. But the more you use it, the more you'll feel your skin getting better, and it won't sting at all!
Tip
I recommend applying this as the last step after your toner, lotion, and cream. This is just my personal tip!!

I started using this product based on my girlfriend's recommendation. At first, there was a slight burning sensation when I used it, so I was hesitant to continue. It's great for a light face wash and application The stickiness is quickly absorbed And it's especially amazing for mosquito bites!!! Surprisingly, it sinks in right away

I'm not sure if there are any downsides yet I'm using it well on my children too

I've been using it for 5 years now. I apply it from my face to my toes before makeup and after showering. It's a soothing gel, so it feels a bit thick at first, but it absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling soft once it dries. The ingredients are good, so I even use it with my child.
