  Pros

  The hydration is excellent. You can feel the aloe vera ingredient helping to soothe the skin. It's great to apply generously and frequently when your skin gets red from prolonged sun exposure.

  Cons

  Perhaps due to its high moisture content, the slippery feeling lasts for a while. After it absorbs and settles, it's less noticeable, but there's still a slight stickiness, possibly from the aloe vera.

  Tip

  I found that applying an emulsion over the Soothing Aloe as a moisture-locking layer eliminates any stickiness after absorption.

  Pros

  Honestly, while aloe is often great for soothing skin, this product works faster than others I've tried. You can visibly see the calming effect after just one day of use. If you apply it consistently before bed for a week, you'll be amazed to see even the acne on your chin disappear. There's a reason I've been using this for over two years - you can probably guess how good it is. The scent is pleasant too, and when you wash your face in the morning, the results are clear as day.

  Cons

  There's not much to complain about, really. Just be aware that your face might feel a bit slick when you wake up. If you head out without washing your face with soap, it could be a disaster.

  Tip

  I only apply this in the evening, not at other times. After coming home, I thoroughly cleanse my face with soap, then apply this before bed - it works wonders. When you wash your face again with soap in the morning, the effects are like magic.
