  The formula is lightweight and absorbs well. There's almost no irritation, and after applying, your face feels brighter. It might be a bit light for dry skin, but if you layer a cream on top, it should work just fine.

  As I entered my 40s, I found myself increasingly concerned with pigmentation, dark spots, and melasma - issues that have been added to my previous worries of sensitivity, redness, and blemishes from my 20s and 30s. While I occasionally get toning laser treatments, I knew I needed a solid home care routine too. That's why I carefully researched and chose this product. There are higher concentration options available, but I started with a lower strength and I'm now on my third bottle. I'm very satisfied as it causes minimal irritation and I can use it consistently both day and night. While there's no dramatic change, I've never seen a skincare product that does that anyway. I believe with consistent use, improvements will come gradually. I'd like to use Vitamin C products too, but I'm wary of the potential irritation. Fortunately, this serum seems to contain Vitamin derivatives, so I think it'll help with antioxidant protection as well.

  Cons

  It's great when it goes on sale! The 20ml size and watery texture mean it gets used up pretty quickly. When you think about it that way, the price feels a bit steep. Couldn't they offer the same price for 30ml or even a larger 50ml size?

  Tip

  I recommend adding some pure ingredients like panthenol, EGF, or ceramides to this serum. It makes it less lightweight and more hydrating.

  Pros

  After consistent use, I've noticed a significant reduction in pore size and my skin texture has improved remarkably. I'm on my second bottle now, and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. The way it absorbs is fantastic.

  Cons

  Since I was already using another brand's 5% product, the 10% formula caused almost no irritation to my skin. However, when my skin is particularly sensitive, it occasionally tingles a bit. If there's one downside, I'd say it's probably the price.

  Tip

  I find it works even better when used in combination with vitamin C
