Start with 10% and gradually increase the usage. For sensitive individuals, use a lower concentration. It has good spreadability, brightening effects, and a slight glow.
ConsEven if you use it at 20 percent, it can flip your skin... Be sure to go through the adaptation period by using it once a week. And the cost-effectiveness is a bit...

I couldn't find a single positive aspect to it. ㅜㅜ
ConsIf you have highly sensitive skin, it's best not to use this product. While niacinamide is a good ingredient, the high concentration is very irritating. The citric acid (lactic acid) component is also something that sensitive skin types should avoid. Additionally, the inclusion of phenoxyethanol caused my skin to flip out immediately after use, leading to severe breakouts that required dermatological treatment and even injections. ㅜㅜ I only read positive reviews, forgetting that my skin is highly sensitive, and ended up spending a lot of money at the dermatologist to repair the damage. Please take a closer look at the ingredients before using this product.
