ConsI'm usually satisfied with NARS products, but this one is such a disappointment... They claimed it had a velvet texture, but it's more like a lip gloss. It makes my lips feel extremely dry, almost to the point of cracking

It made me look dull and pale. I hope others don't make the same mistake I did, buying based solely on online reviews and swatches. This experience reminded me that to avoid regrets, it's best to try lip products in person before purchasing.
ConsWhile not quite as drying as the NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment, this product is still considerably dehydrating.
TipTo minimize dryness, apply lip balm as a base before using this product. If NARS Walk This Way has an orange undertone, Bound has a pink hue with a hint of purple (cool undertones). Both these shades tend to complement warm-toned individuals better. In the image, Bound is on the left and Walk This Way is on the right. Since lip swatches can be misleading due to differences in natural lip color and variations in camera and screen display, I've provided swatches on white tissue for a more accurate color representation.

True to its name, it applies smoothly like velvet.
ConsI bought this based on reviews, but I was disappointed to find it more purple than expected. While it felt fine during application, over time my lips became dry and it accentuated dead skin cells.

It's that perfect purple-tinted pink I adore. It has such a lovely, subtle tone.
ConsIt does tend to dry out a bit over time, and it can settle into lip lines. But it's so pretty that I'm willing to overlook these minor issues!

It glides on smoothly with a glossy finish at first, but settles into a slightly matte texture after application. It has a pleasant vanilla or chocolate scent, similar to MAC lipsticks, which I personally enjoy. The color is a very calm dried rose-toned pink or a pinkish red bean shade. Those with deep undertones might find it darkens their complexion if applied heavily, but a light application creates a beautiful, subtle look. It seems perfect for women in their 30s and above, giving a sophisticated vibe. Younger wearers might find it a bit mature. It's likely to look best on fair-skinned cool tones. For warm tones, the 'Play Pen' shade would suit everyone, but unfortunately, it's currently sold out.
ConsIt tends to dry out over time after application. While the staying power isn't bad, the velvet texture of this liquid lipstick makes some dryness inevitable. As expected, it adheres well to the lips, but the more you apply, the more likely it is to transfer. However, with a light application, transfer seems minimal.
