ConsEven after shaking the oil well and applying it, my hair doesn't become softer but rather feels a bit stiff

The contents are separated into layers, which looks really pretty.
ConsI'm replacing this even though it's almost new. This is absolutely not it. I have straight, natural hair that I'm growing out to donate, so I don't use dye, perms, or heat styling. I used this for detangling and protecting my long hair ends. 1. Damage care? Yeah right. It makes my hair stiff and frizzy, and when I brush it's like I didn't apply anything at all. It actually feels like it's breaking more and getting stiffer. 2. Thinking I might not be using enough, I applied more, but it just made my hair sticky. Seriously sticky. 3. It leaves my hands greasy, and oil transfers when I touch my hair. 4. Not sure what pear scent they were going for, but it smells strongly like men's aftershave. My mom says it smells like disinfectant. I thought it would be good since it's from Elastine, but why is it like this? And don't give me that 'you need to use it longer to see results' nonsense. How could anyone use this awful product for long?
