Pros
It's best to buy it during sales for a more affordable price. The price and volume are just right, and while the creamy texture and pumping can be a bit tricky, I've noticed less hair loss and thicker hair, so my scalp and hair seem to have become stronger.

There is not much I can say about the good points... The only thing is that it was a bit cheaper in terms of price.

This product is not suitable for my sensitive scalp.
Cons
I used it to improve my brittle hair from frequent coloring and perming, but the moment the solution touched my sensitive scalp, it lathered well but was difficult to rinse out. Moreover, after drying and checking my scalp, it didn't seem to be thoroughly cleansed, and clumps of dandruff-like substance formed. I used it once and am too scared to use it again. This is the worst shampoo for me.

After closing my eyes, it becomes soft right away. There's not really any particular good points...

I really bought this large size, but I can't even use half of it now........ㅜㅜ It's just sitting there When I use it, it gets sticky, dandruff forms, and it itches.... My scalp is dry, sensitive, and has atopic dermatitis. I can't use just anything, as I've also bleached my hair and my hair condition is not good. At first, I was tricked by the Facebook ad, and the shampoo formula felt like jelly. Even though I have an oily scalp, I was using it and thought it was working well in the beginning.
Cons
After using this, my hair felt heavy and matted. Even after washing with water repeatedly, I still felt like the oil wasn't properly cleansed, and I had dandruff and my hair was still matted. The smell is also not great. The conditioner has a somewhat better smell, but using this shampoo alone is not good. Even after rinsing, there's a lingering unclean smell.

It was good that it didn't drip or run off because it was thick. Although it was thick, it had a sticky feeling, and if there was water on my hands, it became slippery. I liked that I could apply it to various parts of my hair after pumping it a couple times and massaging it with my hands.
