Pros
My hair has been bleached twice and dyed three times. However, even just using shampoo, the stiffness has disappeared, and it's become smooth enough to comb through with my fingers.

Pros
I've bleached my hair 5 times and dyed it a lot, so regular shampoos don't lather well and my hair just keeps getting more damaged from using the curling iron. I tried my friend's shampoo and it was really nice - great fragrance, lathers well, and my hair didn't feel as rough and unhealthy after drying. It's amazing how just one shampoo can make such a difference in my hair condition. The price is a bit high, but I think it's worth it since I can't use other products anymore.
Cons
None!! The price is a bit high, but there are often discounts at Olive Young, so it's still a good deal if you buy it then.
Tip
After shampooing, I use the Moremo treatment and leave it on for about 3 minutes, then rinse and use the Moremo hair balm.

Pros

Constantly bleaching, dyeing, and repeatedly using magic and perms has left my hair feeling incredibly stiff after shampooing, but continuing to use this product has definitely reduced the damaged feeling.
Cons
It's so thick that I have to press down really hard when pumping it out... It sometimes even hurts my hands. My hair doesn't seem as damaged, but I keep getting terrible scalp pimples... I guess this product just doesn't agree with me.

The volume is really large at 1000g, and the texture is chewy, so even a little goes a long way and lathers up really well. I've been using it alone for about 6 months.
