I've heard the term 'hair shampoo' and have been using it only on my hair like a conditioner, and it's really great. The lather is good, the fragrance isn't too bad, and the difference between using it and not using it is stark. Regular shampoos just make my hair feel dry and straw-like, and it's impossible to brush through. But with this, it's not as good as using a conditioner, but my hair is a bit more glossy and easier to brush, even though it's still a bit tangled.
