While Salv melts and glides on like a liquid, this one applies a bit more thinly. But because of that, I've been using it for a very long time without running out.

Pros
I've been using the same company's products since I first tried the original Rosebud Salve about 7 years ago. During that time, I've tried the original, strawberry, and this rose mandarin variant, and out of the three, the rose mandarin is the most runny and the most moisturizing. The scent may be divisive, but I've grown accustomed to it after using it for a long time. I've tried most of the well-known lip balms - from Burt's Bees, Eos, Kiehl's, Carmex, and Paw Paw Cream, to Korean drugstore products and those sold at pharmacies like Manyo and Green Cross. But I haven't found anything that surpasses this lip balm yet. The main ingredients are the same as Vaseline - petrolatum. While Vaseline forms a protective film to prevent moisture loss, these lip balms get absorbed into the lips, making them feel soft and moisturized, and they also do a great job at exfoliating. That's why I always apply this lip balm before bed.
Cons
The tin case lid can be a bit tricky to open sometimes. And the rose mandarin variant in particular has a very soft texture, so it might melt easily in warmer temperatures. It's not sold in Korea anymore ㅠㅠ Now you can't even find it at places like Olive Young, so I can only purchase it through overseas direct buying.
Tip
In terms of texture, moisturizing ability, and softness, the order would be: Strawberry < Original < Rose Mandarin I'd recommend using the strawberry variant for carrying around and using before and after makeup, while keeping the original and rose mandarin at home to use generously before bed or when your lips are in very dry condition.

I've been using lip balm constantly, and this lip balm was just so good. The amount is generous, and if you apply a generous amount before bed, your cracked, peeling lips will transform into beautifully moisturized, glossy lips!! The moisturizing effect is not too oily, but just the right amount of hydration. The scent was also so lovely ㅠㅠ
Cons
The lip balm is a bit pricey. But I think there's a good reason for the high price. Of course, the amount is generous as well!!

Aww, as shown in the photo, it melts and drips down a lot, probably because it's so soft... It even gets all stuck to the lid.

For the past 3 years, I've only used the original strawberry flavor, but I wanted to try something new, so I bought this one!! It has the same smooth and silky texture as the original, and it applies more easily than the strawberry. I thought the scent might not be great, but the subtle orange fragrance is quite satisfying!
Cons
The lid definitely doesn't open easily haha. It seems like it shouldn't be closed too tightly.

The fragrance is really nice!! And the application is amazing.. It just melts onto the lips.
Cons
Rather than being absorbed into the lips, it just feels like it's sitting on top, so it wasn't great ㅠㅜ The lasting power is weak, so you have to reapply it often.. Most of all, it's really hard to open the tin case!! My fingers hurt so much 흑흑 If you're thinking of buying this product, I'd recommend getting the tube version instead;-) And if the lip balm melts inside the tin case, it'll just pour out when you open it ㅜ Be careful!

In the summer, I used the Yuri Aju stick well, but when the cold wind blew, there was nothing like the Rose Bud, so I came back to it. I used the Original Salve, but I tried the Rose Mandarin and the fragrance is good and the oily texture is just what I wanted, so I'm really happy. How can I live without Rose Bud in the winter? It's a life-saving lip balm.

This is a product that I really love!°u° First of all, when it comes to lip balm, the most important thing is moisturization, and this one really delivers. Even when applied to dry lips, it makes them feel soft and supple, and the moisture lasts for a long time without having to reapply. The scent is similar to orange and grapefruit, and I really enjoy it. To be honest, the fragrance is so pleasant that I could use this product exclusively.

Personally, I really liked the fragrance. I purchased it from Olive Young for 10,500 won. The smooth application and moisturizing properties were great for me.

Even in the winter, it melts a bit when kept in my pocket.. The lid is a bit difficult to open.
