When applied to the lips, there's a faint citrus fragrance, so even those sensitive to artificial scents can use it comfortably. It's not a lightweight formula, but it's not heavy either. So you can apply it frequently without it drying out quickly. While I personally prefer the pot type over stick or tube formats for practical and hygienic reasons, this product manages those concerns well. (In my case, the pot size and overall aspects make it better than stick or tube types for me haha) It's also very versatile - I use it on my cuticles and for various purposes. The scent - This lip balm was just perfect for me, as I really love fresh and invigorating scents! As soon as I opened the lid, the lovely, subtle fragrance wafted up, and I absolutely loved it. To describe the scent, it's like a high-end rose-flavored bubble gum... You know the kind of bubble gum that has 'bubble gum flavor' written on it? It's like that, but with an added rose note!!! It's a scent that's quite rare in lip balms, so I really enjoy it. The texture - It's so soft!! The moment you apply it, it melts ever so slightly, but without feeling greasy or sticky at all. It just feels so moisturizing. I had been using the Burt's Bees lip balm before, but this one gives a deeper, more nourishing moisture that I couldn't feel with the Burt's Bees. When I apply it at night and wake up in the morning, my lips still feel soft and hydrated inside - of course, without any flaky or dry patches on the surface. Overall: 1.
