  Pros

  It seems to make my hair feel softer. That's the only positive thing I can say.

  Cons

  I used it for about two weeks. The scent is just like a generic supermarket shampoo. Since it's a hair shampoo, I guess that's why I got so many blemishes on my scalp... painful, pus-filled bumps that hurt when touched. I absolutely won't be repurchasing this.

  Pros

  This shampoo lathers up really well. I used it along with a treatment from another line, and my hair texture has improved so much - I'm thrilled! My hair used to be like a broom, but now I highly recommend this product.

  Cons

  After checking on Hwahae, I found out it contains three harmful ingredients. While I really like it, that's a bit disappointing.

  Tip

  If you use the shampoo, treatment, and conditioner from the same line, your hair texture will improve dramatically. The conditioner apparently acts as a coating. Make sure to try it out - it's great!

  I used to use any random shampoo, but I bought this right away after a friend's recommendation and because I was intrigued by the term 'low pH'. I have long hair that I dye and perm monthly. The damaged ends used to stress me out whenever I touched them, and my boyfriend often touches my hair too. Brushing was also difficult. This shampoo is gentle with a mild, fresh scent! I can feel that my hair is no longer getting damaged.

  Well, I don't have any complaints at all! I've already purchased my second bottle.

  It's just like a typical shampoo. It lathers well, smells nice, and improves hair texture. I think it's a solid, everyday shampoo that you can use without any issues. It might be particularly effective for damaged hair.

  After bleaching my hair twice, I used this for the first time. It definitely helps retain color better than regular shampoo and causes less damage to my hair.

  I tried this low pH shampoo because I heard it's good for hair, and I think it wasn't bad for my hair itself. After using this product for about a month, I went to the salon, and they said my hair was less damaged. So it seems to be good for the hair itself.

  Cons

  The price is a bit high compared to the volume. And I didn't realize it before, but the ingredients are a bit disappointing... Also, for me, the shampoo scent was, how should I say... not my type? And it really didn't lather well, which I didn't like.

  Pros

  This is my honest review after using the product for about half a year. I've been using low pH shampoos for quite a while, and this one lathers up surprisingly well for a low pH formula. It's great that you can buy it in bulk too. But the biggest advantage is how it makes your hair healthier. I'm currently using Arron's shampoo and treatment, and they bring out the best in my hair type. My hair is naturally very strong and coarse (kind of like straw...), and while it doesn't completely eliminate that texture, it makes it as silky as possible within those limits. Even without using any additional essences after shampooing and conditioning, it seems to provide heat protection. I don't get perms or dye my hair, but I used to get severe heat damage just from blow-drying and always needed special care for it. Since I started using Arron products, I don't need separate heat damage treatments anymore... It's amazing!

  Cons

  This is just my personal opinion, but I think the packaging design is lacking... It's not very user-friendly, unfortunately.

  Pros

  After getting a perm, I bought this due to concerns about my hair condition. Surprisingly, it added more volume and controlled oil, so even though I usually have to wash my hair daily, I found it was fine to skip a day as it really kept the oiliness in check.

  Cons

  My scalp hasn't been in great condition lately, and since this product isn't oily, I'm not sure if it's good for my scalp.

  Tip

  I only purchased the shampoo and conditioner, but I think adding the treatment would make it even better!
