After using regular shampoos and noticing my hair getting thinner and drier, I decided to switch to a low pH product. I'm so pleased with the results! The fragrance is lovely, and I can feel my hair becoming healthier with each use. The dryness has noticeably decreased too. It's especially effective for those with hair damaged by perms or dyes - you'll really see the benefits!
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness might be slightly lower, which is typical for low pH shampoos. However, it doesn't leave your hair feeling greasy at all. Some may find their hair feels a bit stiff, but that's part of the process of restoring alkaline-damaged hair to a neutral state. Using the same brand's treatment completely resolves this issue. Overall, I don't have any major complaints.

It's much better compared to regular supermarket shampoos. My hair didn't feel frizzy or stiff at all.
ConsI was considering buying it again... but I'm a bit uneasy about the ingredients, so I'm thinking of switching to something else.
TipI always followed up with Arron treatment after using this shampoo. It completely stopped my hair from developing split ends or other damage.

But after using this, I'm overjoyed that I can now comb through my hair with my hands without a single snag - it's so smooth! Looking at my hair ends now, they've recovered significantly. What used to resemble a broom has transformed into something more like a brush. For me, this product was absolutely fantastic!
ConsThe mild pH means it has weak cleansing power, and the price is a bit high. Since it focuses more on improving hair texture rather than scalp care, it doesn't really help with scalp acne or dandruff. The effects don't last very long - my hair gets oily again after just a day. Also, I'm a bit concerned about some of the ingredients...
TipIt works well when used with a hair mask. After shampooing, using it with oil and a hydrating mist is beneficial.

It doesn't make your hair stiff, but instead helps maintain a nice balance of shine. After coloring, my hair became quite damaged and dry, making it difficult to wash near the scalp. However, after using this shampoo, those issues have significantly improved. Also, compared to other shampoos on the market, I notice less hair fall. While it doesn't lather as much as you might expect, it's still perfectly adequate for cleansing the scalp.
ConsAlthough it only contains 2 out of 20 potentially harmful ingredients, one of them is particularly concerning, so I'm reconsidering repurchasing. The shampoo seems a bit thin, and despite being careful, it tends to run into my eyes easily, causing a tingling sensation.
TipAronshop seems to excel more in their treatment products than their shampoos. It's a shame that their treatment isn't listed on Hwahae. If you're planning to buy the shampoo, I highly recommend purchasing the treatment along with it!

Unlike regular alkaline shampoos that left my hair feeling dry and brittle, this one has truly transformed my locks! My hair feels so much healthier since I started using it. I can't recommend it enough!
ConsThe only downside is that, being a slightly acidic shampoo, its cleansing power isn't as strong as alkaline ones. However, if you're not someone who shampoos daily or works in a dusty environment, it should be fine as long as you wash thoroughly.
TipFor even better results, try using a hair mask 1-2 times a week alongside this shampoo.
