Pros
This is a before-and-after photo taken in the same location and lighting. The 'before' photo shows my bare face (without even sunscreen), with face oil applied. The 'after' photo is just with the cushion foundation, without any additional products. My skin has a lot of yellow undertones, some texture, and not many blemishes or marks. I used to use the Luna essence, moisture-boosting foundation. 1. Lightweight yet good coverage It applies very thinly yet adheres quickly to the skin. 1. The case is so pretty! I even want to look at myself in the mirror outside with this one, haha. 2. The application wasn't as thick as I expected! To be honest, when I looked at the reviews and photos, I was worried it would be really thick. It has a fluffy finish, but it's not completely matte - there's a natural glow that makes it look more natural. I liked the lightweight feel of the finish. 3. The coverage is decent. I just tapped the pump once and spread it thinly all over my face, then added extra coverage where needed. 4. Since I have fair skin, it gave me a brightening, glowing effect. This seems to be really good for my dry skin!! I used the Laneige Cushion Y2 for about 3 years, but I like this much more. Laneige has great coverage but tends to get cakey, but this doesn't. I patted it on with the built-in cushion and the adherence is really excellent. The coverage is also good, but it doesn't apply thickly - it goes on naturally, so it's great for a natural makeup look!
Cons
If you don't have a good skincare routine, it might feel a bit drying! But that's also why the finish is so smooth and powdery. The price is a bit high, so I was hesitant, but if it's like this, I'll definitely repurchase!
