I can't wait to try it before applying makeup tomorrow - I bet it'll create a smooth, moisturized base. With its reasonable price, large volume, and clean ingredients, this toner is a winner in my book!

The case has a lovely white and pink combination, reminiscent of a milk bottle design! The formula is white and fluid like milk. It's incredibly hydrating like other water toners, absorbs well without any stickiness. It replenishes moisture effectively while providing excellent hydration. I'm really into brightening products and use many of them, but none of my skincare basics had a whitening function before. That's why I love this even more!
