It's like a high-end milk bottle - so milky and adorable. That's what drew me in to buy it. The toner is packed with great ingredients for brightening and hydration, especially the milk protein which I love. For those of us with dull, uneven, sun-damaged skin, this product is a real lifesaver! It's also a dual-functional cosmetic for brightening and anti-wrinkle effects, making it perfect for me overall. The cap opens when you press one end. The toner isn't completely watery, it has a slight viscosity. It's a white skin like milk, giving it that milky feel. Unlike other toners with alcohol that feel moisturizing at first but then dry out, this one keeps skin hydrated, which I absolutely adore. I can't wait to try it before applying makeup tomorrow - I bet it'll create a smooth, moisturized base. With its reasonable price, large volume, and clean ingredients, this toner is a winner in my book! The only downside is that the cap isn't very smooth to open. Sometimes it pops open suddenly, but if I'm careful it's fine. Just a minor quibble, really.

It's incredibly hydrating like other water toners, absorbs well without any stickiness. It replenishes moisture effectively while providing excellent hydration. I'm really into brightening products and use many of them, but none of my skincare basics had a whitening function before. That's why I love this even more! The brightening effect might take some time to become noticeable with continued use. I apply this product after using a water-based toner post-shower. It's a simple routine that leaves my skin feeling hydrated and seems to give my complexion a brighter appearance.
