The cap opens when you press one end. The toner isn't completely watery, it has a slight viscosity. It's a white skin like milk, giving it that milky feel. Unlike other toners with alcohol that feel moisturizing at first but then dry out, this one keeps skin hydrated, which I absolutely adore. I can't wait to try it before applying makeup tomorrow - I bet it'll create a smooth, moisturized base. With its reasonable price, large volume, and clean ingredients, this toner is a winner in my book!

After bathing, I apply a water toner once and then this product before going to bed.
It's simple and makes my skin feel hydrated and brighter (?) My skin doesn't like sticky products, so I'd recommend this to those with sensitive skin too! There's also a serum for this line, so using them together would be great. Come check out my review of the serum as well~~~

The case is a combination of white & pink, with a design reminiscent of a milk bottle! The formula is milky white and thin, and just as hydrating as other water toners. It's not at all sticky and absorbs really well.
It effectively replenishes moisture and provides great hydration. I'm very interested in whitening products and have used many, but my current skincare routine didn't have a whitening function. So I'm really happy with this product! 💕
