The residue is really cleanly removed, and even when it accidentally gets in my eyes or my skin condition is a mess, there's absolutely no stinging or irritation. That famous Bioderma also stung my eyes, but I realized its ingredients are gentle in that way... The price is also similar to Bioderma, so I just switched to the gentle La Roche-Posay cleansing water altogether ใ ใ ใ ใ Anyway, I use it to wipe my whole face before proper cleansing, and even on the days I forget and just sleep like that, I've never had a single breakout.
ConsIt has a slight 'pong pong' scent, and no matter how good the cleansing power is, you still have to use it separately for the lips and eyes, so it's not entirely suitable for removing all your makeup with just this one product.

If a product doesn't suit my skin, it makes my skin turn red and feel irritated, but this product didn't cause any of that. Instead, it felt gentle and non-irritating on my skin. The cleansing water I used before would sometimes make my cheeks look a bit reddish, but I didn't experience that with this product. Being a dry-skinned person, I found this product to be moisturizing as well. Using just one cotton pad, I was able to remove my base makeup, and the second pad didn't have much residue left, so I'd say it has a medium cleansing power, which was perfect for my first cleansing step. I also tried pressing it on my lip tint for about 5 seconds to see if it would remove it, and it did remove some of it, though it couldn't completely take off the stain. It felt moisturizing and non-irritating on my sensitive skin, which I really liked.
ConsIt has a slight ethanol-like scent. It's not overpowering, but since I consider scent an important factor, I was a bit disappointed by that. If you're looking for a product with strong cleansing power, this one might not be the best choice... Also, it's a bit pricier than the cleansing water I've been using, so as a student, I'm not sure if I'd be able to purchase it regularly. But I'd still like to continue using it if I have the chance in the future.
TipDon't be stingy with the cotton pads when using this product. Use a generous amount without worrying about it, as long as it's not causing any skin irritation. Trying to save a little on the cleansing water can lead to skin damage and end up costing you more in the long run with doctor visits and stress.
