Pros
Every time I use it, my skin is exfoliated and whiteheads disappear, which is great. It's not too weak in cleansing power either, and I was able to remove everything except for mascara with it.
Cons
This was my first time using a cleansing water, and at first, I thought it was amazing and a whole new world. But as I continued using it, my skin started getting irritated because my skin kept exfoliating (it wasn't intentional exfoliation, I just rubbed my face with my bare hands and it happened). As the days went by, my skin became red and inflamed with breakouts. My skin is combination, needing a bit of oil and plenty of moisture, but it felt like it had become more acne-prone. So I looked for a different cleansing product and stopped using this one about 2 weeks ago, but my skin still hasn't fully recovered.

The cleansing is effective. Even using just a small amount on a cotton pad, it cleanses thoroughly.
Cons
I'm not sure if it's because of this, but pimples came up after using it....

Pros
Intelligent people say it's not good to remove makeup with oil, so I started using this. When I first used the water-based one, it worked really well. It didn't feel irritating and seemed to remove makeup effectively!
Cons
To be honest, I didn't research it in detail with machines or anything, so I'm not sure if it removes makeup completely to the end. After continued use, it seems makeup was still left on my skin, and I started getting some breakouts. So I switched to a cleansing gel instead!
Tip
It would be much better if the cotton was really soft and fluffy!

You can easily buy it at Olive Young. The price is not too expensive.
Cons
I used to only use Bioderma, but then I heard that La Roche-Posay was good, so I tried it. But I think the product I bought may not be good, and maybe another one is better. I struggled with breakouts for a few days after using it.

As a devoted fan of La Roche-Posay, this was the first product that disappointed me...Of course, it didn't suit my skin type, but I used it anyway since it was the first product I opened during my trip. I thought the water might have changed, but red bumps appeared all over my face, so I stopped using it after about a week. Seeing my skin return to normal as soon as I stopped using it, it seems there was an incompatible ingredient...
Cons
Personally, I try to use the gentlest products possible since individual reactions can be so unpredictable, but this time I just trusted the La Roche-Posay brand and bought it without thinking, and it backfired on me ㅠㅠ The ingredients don't seem to be that great...

The cotton pads felt refreshing when they grazed by. The cleansing power was also quite good...
Cons
Since I thought I had sensitive skin, I chose this product because it's sold at pharmacies/dermatology clinics and the Cica Balm seemed to suit me well... But after washing my face, my skin became itchy, hot, and swollen like hives... Even my normal lips developed blisters... But after about 2 hours, my skin went back to normal... So I thought I had developed some kind of water allergy.. That's why I used it for about a week, and the reaction just kept getting worse, so I went to a dermatologist who said the cleansing was the problem... Of course, I thought the mild product I chose would be the best, but it ended up being the worst reaction for me... After I stopped using it, the reaction disappeared in 1-2 days... But the skin that was turned upside down by this product has become super super sensitive......I've even processed a refund at this point.
Tip
I hope you don't make the mistake of choosing a product just because the Cica Balm worked well for you... And me too, the reaction started gradually and then suddenly flared up... For those of you who think your skin is sensitive, please test it thoroughly before using!

The ingredients are good, but they don't suit me. Frequent cleansing has weakened my skin barrier, and I don't normally use toner. I bought it after seeing that it has exfoliating ingredients in the toner. I tried the sample, but going forward, I'll use the sample for a few days, not just one day, and observe the results.

I bought it because the ingredients were good, but it seems to be exfoliating too much. It was fine the first time I used it, but the second time, my face lathered up white when cleansing. I'm not sure if it's not rinsing off properly or what. Afterwards, my skin became red and irritated. I've switched to using a lotion-type cleanser from Clean & Clear. It's good for people who like to do light makeup. It tastes a bit bitter when it gets in your mouth.
Cons
I'm not sure what the problem is with this product, but I tried switching to The Face Shop cleansing water for a while, and I kept getting breakouts at first. Since there's no The Face Shop store nearby, I'm still using this one.

Others have told me that it's nice because it's gentle...I also think it seems gentle, as it doesn't irritate my eyes much when it gets in them.
Cons
I used this cleansing water mainly to remove makeup around my eyes, and after just 3 days of using it, I developed a ton of blemishes under my eyes. I rarely get blemishes on my face, so this is the first time I've experienced something like this.

The product was good before the renewal, but after the renewal, there are a lot more harmful ingredients.
Cons
