  Pros

  I loved how it removed dead skin cells and whiteheads every time I used it. The cleansing effectiveness was quite good - I could remove everything except mascara with this product.

  Cons

  This was my first time trying a cleansing water, and initially I thought it was amazing, like a whole new world. However, as I continued using it, I noticed it was constantly removing dead skin cells (even when I just applied it with my hands without intending to exfoliate), which seemed to irritate my skin. As days went by, my skin started feeling hot and reddish blemishes appeared. My skin type is combination, needing some oil and plenty of hydration, but this made it feel more acne-prone. I switched to a different cleanser, and even after about 2 weeks of not using this, my skin still hasn't fully recovered.

  The cleansing effectiveness is excellent. Even with just a small amount on a cotton pad, it thoroughly removes makeup and impurities.

  Cons

  I'm not sure if it's because of this product, but I developed small bumps on my skin after using it...

  Pros

  As someone with oily skin, I was told that using oil-based makeup removers wasn't ideal, so I decided to try this. For my first water-based cleanser, it was surprisingly good! It didn't irritate my sensitive skin and seemed to remove makeup effectively.

  Cons

  To be honest, I didn't examine it closely with any devices, so I'm not entirely sure if it removes every last trace of makeup. After continued use, I noticed some makeup residue on my skin, and I started developing some blemishes. Because of this, I switched to a cleansing gel instead.

  Tip

  It works much better with soft, gentle cotton pads!

  It's readily available at Olive Young and won't break the bank.

  Cons

  I've been a loyal Bioderma user, but I decided to try La Roche-Posay after hearing good things. However, I think I might have picked up the wrong product because this one didn't agree with me at all. I struggled with blemishes for days after using it.

  As a devoted fan of La Roche-Posay, this was the first product that left me disappointed... Of course, it just didn't agree with my skin. I first opened it while traveling, so I thought maybe the change in water was causing issues. I continued using it, but small red blemishes appeared all over my face, so I stopped after about a week. Seeing how quickly my skin recovered once I stopped using it, I suspect there must have been an ingredient that didn't suit me...

  Cons

  Honestly, since individual reactions to ingredients can be so unpredictable, I usually try to stick with the gentlest products possible. This time, I bought this solely based on the La Roche-Posay name and ended up with irritated skin. I don't think the ingredients are particularly good...

  The cotton pad glides smoothly, leaving a refreshing sensation. The cleansing effectiveness was also quite good...

  Cons

  I thought I had sensitive skin, so I chose this product since it's sold in pharmacies and dermatology clinics, and because Cica balm works well for me. However, after washing my face, my skin became itchy, tingly, and swollen like hives. Even my previously fine lips developed blisters. Oddly, after about two hours, my skin would return to normal. I initially thought I had developed some kind of water allergy. I continued using it for about a week, but the reactions became increasingly severe. When I visited a dermatologist, they suggested the cleanser might be the problem. Ironically, the product I chose thinking it would be gentle had the worst reaction on my skin. After stopping use, the reactions disappeared within 1-2 days. However, my skin that was affected by this product became extremely sensitive. I've now completed the refund process.

  Tip

  Please don't make the mistake of choosing a product just because Cica balm works well for you. Throughout my use, the reaction started subtly and then suddenly spread rapidly. If you think you have super sensitive skin, make sure to test thoroughly before using!

  Pros

  The ingredients are good, but it doesn't suit my skin. Due to frequent cleansing, my skin barrier has weakened, and I usually don't use toners. I heard this toner contains exfoliating ingredients. I bought it after trying a sample, but from now on, I'll use samples for a few days instead of just one day to observe the results better.

  Cons

  I bought this because of the good ingredients, but it seems to exfoliate too much. The first use was fine, but during the second use, my skin started peeling off while cleansing. I'm not sure if it was residue or something else. Afterward, my skin became red and started tingling. I've switched to using Clean & Clear emulsion type for cleansing. It's cheaper and has less favorable ingredients, but I don't understand why it suits my skin better than Avène or La Roche-Posay brands. The struggles of having super sensitive skin... Even now, when my body temperature rises, my damaged skin stings. Let's not go crazy with exfoliation like I did, falling for the marketing about pollution and impurities.

  Great for those who prefer light makeup. Just be careful not to get it in your mouth - it's quite bitter!

  I'm not sure exactly what the issue is with this product, but after switching from The Saem cleansing water, I've been experiencing constant blemishes. Unfortunately, there's no The Saem store nearby, so I'm still using this for now.

  Others say it's gentle, which is great... I agree it seems mild. It doesn't even sting much if it gets in your eyes...

  I used this cleansing water mainly to remove makeup around my eyes, but after just 3 days of use, I got so many blemishes under my eyes. I rarely ever get breakouts on my face... this has never happened before.

  I started getting tons of tiny blemishes a month ago. I thought it was due to increased oil production from the change in seasons, but it turns out this cleansing water was the culprit. The pre-renewal product was fine, but oh no... This new version has completely wrecked my forehead
