However, it simply didn't provide any benefits for my oily skin.
ConsAt first, I thought the slight itching was just the product taking effect, but it turns out this product isn't suitable for oily skin types.

It's been so good that I've stuck with it ever since. It's less irritating than what I used before and works great as a first cleanse before using a foam cleanser. It removes makeup cleanly and effectively.
ConsOccasionally, I experience some itching after using this product.

The cleansing effectiveness was also quite good...
ConsI thought I had sensitive skin, so I chose this product since it's sold in pharmacies and dermatology clinics, and because Cica balm works well for me. However, after washing my face, my skin became itchy, tingly, and swollen like hives. Even my previously fine lips developed blisters. Oddly, after about two hours, my skin would return to normal. I initially thought I had developed some kind of water allergy. I continued using it for about a week, but the reactions became increasingly severe. When I visited a dermatologist, they suggested the cleanser might be the problem. Ironically, the product I chose thinking it would be gentle had the worst reaction on my skin. After stopping use, the reactions disappeared within 1-2 days. However, my skin that was affected by this product became extremely sensitive. I've now completed the refund process.
TipPlease don't make the mistake of choosing a product just because Cica balm works well for you. Throughout my use, the reaction started subtly and then suddenly spread rapidly. If you think you have super sensitive skin, make sure to test thoroughly before using!

The hot spring water base leaves my skin feeling moisturized even after cleansing.
ConsI'm not sure if it's because of the cotton pads or if this water cleanser doesn't suit me, but I feel itchy after using it. I always follow up with a cleansing foam for double cleansing. Although I finished the whole bottle, I won't be repurchasing.

Apart from that, there wasn't much to rave about... I guess it's good for cleaning makeup brushes since they give you a lot as a gratis gift...?
ConsI once had a breakout of tiny blemishes from using La Roche-Posay moisturizer. Some people said this was similar to Bioderma's cleansing water, so I thought it might be okay and decided to try it. I was considering switching from Avène's cleansing water to this product. To sum it up, I really wish I hadn't made the switch. When I used Avène, I didn't have any issues, but with this, my face suddenly became red and incredibly itchy. I'm not sure why, but especially around my eyes, it turned so red. In the morning, my eyes were swollen - it was awful. The ingredients don't seem bad, so I thought maybe the cotton pads were irritating. I tried again with different cotton pads, but the same thing happened, so now I'm just using it to clean my makeup brushes. I know both Avène and Bioderma have some fragrances in their products, but this one, despite being for sensitive skin, caused itching. They advertise that it removes makeup perfectly with just one cotton pad, but that wasn't true at all. Especially for lip and eye makeup, it barely removed anything. The cleansing effectiveness is poor, and overall, the product is disappointing. If you have sensitive skin, please make sure to test it first. When I bought it, there were no testers available, so I trusted and purchased it blindly. I feel so foolish now.
TipCleaning my brushes with this left them fresh and the scent was nice... If you have sensitive skin, make sure to do a patch test on the inside of your arm.
