As someone with extremely dry skin needing a balance of oil and moisture, and super sensitive skin that can't tolerate just anything, I've tried many emulsions. This one has a generous size and provides amazing hydration! While it feels a bit heavy in summer, it's absolutely perfect for winter! It's so gentle that it doesn't cause any blemishes, and I used it extensively during the colder months! It can feel a bit heavy in summer, even for my very dry skin! While it's incredibly gentle, the recent product reformulation seems to have made it slightly incompatible with my skin. I'm not sure what exactly changed, but it started causing some itchiness on my face, so I had to switch to something else. Of course, it's possible my skin has changed too. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 11, 2018
I appreciated that it was made with traditional herbal ingredients I bought it believing in that one aspect. At first, it seemed like my blemishes were reducing. I used it for about 4 days and then switched to the full-size product. However, as days went by, more blemishes started appearing. My sister, who bought it with me, had the same reaction. So, despite feeling wasteful, I'm now using it on my neck and other specific body areas I've mentioned it above - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 9, 2017
The appearance looks good. It seems to have a large capacity, but since it's opaque, you can't see the contents. It's convenient to use, but that's about it.... I was using a product, but then small grains started coming up too much, so I went to Watson's to test it and change it. The store employee recommended it, saying it's gentle and that even a baby can use it, and that it has scar-reducing effects, so I bought it. But on the first day I used it, it felt burning. I thought it might be because it was the first time, so I used it the next day too, and then it started feeling tight, dry, and something started coming out. I wondered if it was because of this lotion, so I only applied a small amount, but my face, which wasn't even flushed, turned bright red all day, like atopic skin..... It got that bad, but when I stopped using it, it calmed down right away. I've never had my skin get this messed up when changing a product, so I wonder what the problem is... Looking at the ingredients, there's lavender oil. I guess this doesn't agree with my skin. The mist I bought together doesn't have this ingredient, so I'm still using it as a toner... The essence sample I received didn't have this ingredient, and it was fine, but when I used the cream alone, it also felt burning because of the lavender oil......Since I don't have the receipt, I can't get a refund either... I'm using it on my hands and feet, but it still itches sometimes; what a waste of money... It's not even a cheap product... I don't even want to give it one star... My skin almost got ruined, and that store employee... Be careful on your way home.... This time, I learned a lesson - really check the ingredients thoroughly before buying anything.
