Pros
The cleansing seems to work better than expected. Since I don't wear color cosmetics, I can't say for sure, but it removes my base makeup quite thoroughly. Still, I did a second cleanse with a foaming cleanser afterwards. I bought it for around 3,000 won on the Hwahae website, so the cost-effectiveness is excellent.
Cons
Having to rub with cotton pads does cause some irritation to my skin. It really hurts when it gets in my eyes, and since I don't wear eye makeup, I end up getting it in my eyes almost every time when trying to remove everything in one go. Compared to Bioderma, it seems a bit more irritating. Using this every time also leads to a buildup of sebum on my nose. I have to do extra exfoliation.

I found out about this product when it was on a special sale for 100 won! It seems to be a gentle product with almost no fragrance. Most importantly, it cleanses thoroughly. It can even remove heavy makeup products and waterproof cosmetics very effectively. It's better to buy this cleansing water when it's on sale, as the bottle is only 300ml and gets used up quickly.
Cons
Even though I thought it would be gentle, it ended up stinging my eyes a lot! After using it to remove my eye makeup, I experienced significant irritation and discomfort in my eyes. This cleansing water was too harsh and irritating for me.
Tip
If you don't experience any eye irritation like I did, you can use this cleansing water without a separate eye makeup remover. I recommend buying it during a sale event.

I bought it during the 100 won deal event It was my first cleansing water and my skin is combination with sensitivity 🌠 Simple cleansing (cleansing power) - I've never used it for color makeup, but it's great for simply cleansing basic skincare products!! Cleansing morning and night simply washes away the impurities inside. Sometimes when I don't wash my face properly, my face becomes shiny or sebum comes up, but using this makes it all disappear and the sebum comes out well! 🌠 Trouble - I was very worried at first, but there were no breakouts If used incorrectly, the skin can become extremely dry and painful, but there are no breakouts. It seems to be because the ingredients are gentle 🌠 Texture - It's really watery. It just flows down because it's water, and there's no foam, so keep that in mind

Pros
It wipes off really well!!! There's no irritation either! I used to use cleansing tissues, but on sensitive days, I would sometimes feel a stinging sensation when removing my makeup. The Hwahae Cleansing Water can remove makeup without any irritation, regardless of the skin's condition, which I think is a major advantage.
Cons
After removing everything, there's a slightly slippery feeling. Personally, I don't really like that feeling, but it's fine after immediately washing my face, so it's a usable product.

Pros
Among mildly acidic products, it's quite rare to find a makeup cleanser that removes makeup well, but the Hwahae Water really does remove makeup effectively. The finish is also moisturizing and nice.
Cons
My eyes sting a little. However, it's not overly irritating to the skin, just be careful around the eyes.
