Pros
I found out about this product when it was on a special sale for 100 won! It seems to be a gentle product with almost no fragrance. Most importantly, it cleanses thoroughly. It can even remove heavy makeup products and waterproof cosmetics very effectively. It's better to buy this cleansing water when it's on sale, as the bottle is only 300ml and gets used up quickly.
Cons
Even though I thought it would be gentle, it ended up stinging my eyes a lot! After using it to remove my eye makeup, I experienced significant irritation and discomfort in my eyes. This cleansing water was too harsh and irritating for me.
Tip
If you don't experience any eye irritation like I did, you can use this cleansing water without a separate eye makeup remover. I recommend buying it during a sale event.

Pros
It's gentle. The best thing is that it doesn't cause any trouble. The fragrance is not too strong either. However, those who like to emphasize eye makeup will need an eye makeup remover.
Cons
It's a bit inconvenient that you have to twist the cap to open it. And there's the PEG ingredient too. Luckily, I usually just wear sunscreen and, although I'm very sensitive, I don't have any trouble with PEG and phenoxyethanol, but it would be better if they weren't there. Pros
It was during Black Friday, right? I bought it at a very low price back then! I used it extensively during my European trip and it worked wonderfully. The fact that it has no downsides is its biggest advantage! It washes off easily, is gentle, and doesn't feel greasy or overly dry. It also has no fragrance and doesn't cause much eye irritation! It's hard to find such a well-rounded and reliable product like this.
Cons
However, you should definitely use a dedicated remover for your lip and eye makeup!

I usually do cleansing thoroughly. I use eye makeup remover -> cleansing water -> cleansing oil (only in winter) -> cleansing foam in that order, and since I do a second cleansing with the cleansing oil, the cleansing power of the cleansing water doesn't need to be perfect, but if I only use this and then use the cleansing foam, I think I would feel a bit uneasy. I usually use the Bioderma cleansing water, but I can't shake the feeling that this has a bit less cleansing power than that.
