The cleansing seems to work better than expected. Since I don't wear color cosmetics, I can't say for sure, but it removes my base makeup quite thoroughly. Still, I did a second cleanse with a foaming cleanser afterwards. I bought it for around 3,000 won on the Hwahae website, so the cost-effectiveness is excellent.
Cons
Having to rub with cotton pads does cause some irritation to my skin. It really hurts when it gets in my eyes, and since I don't wear eye makeup, I end up getting it in my eyes almost every time when trying to remove everything in one go. I found out about this product when it was on a special sale for 100 won! It seems to be a gentle product with almost no fragrance. Most importantly, it cleanses thoroughly. It can even remove heavy makeup products and waterproof cosmetics very effectively. It's better to buy this cleansing water when it's on sale, as the bottle is only 300ml and gets used up quickly.

It's gentle. The best thing is that it doesn't cause any trouble. The fragrance is not too strong either. However, those who like to emphasize eye makeup will need an eye makeup remover.
