I liked that the foam came out immediately when I squeezed it. However, the amount was much less than I expected. The foam disappeared like water the moment I applied it to my face, unlike typical foam cleansers. I wasn't sure if it was actually cleansing my skin effectively. - mi********Combination SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsApr 8, 2024
Incredibly fine and gentle foam. Softer than anything else, it feels wonderfully soothing. The cleansing effectiveness is a bit lacking. Currently using it for morning cleanse or as the first step in double cleansing. - hy********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 28, 2022
The best thing is that it's foam-based, so it doesn't irritate the skin. The foam is rich and soft, making the user experience top-notch. The cleansing effectiveness is also good, so I'd like to repurchase when I run out. There weren't any particular downsides, but if I had to pick one, I'd say the scent wasn't that great. However, it wasn't unpleasant, so I'm using it with great satisfaction. Since it's a mousse type, it can be tricky to control the amount. Instead of pressing hard from the start, it's better to adjust the quantity as you go. Also, remember to shake it well before use for a richer, more abundant foam. - sm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityApr 27, 2021
It's a shake-before-use product, and shaking produces a dense foam. But even when I occasionally forgot to shake, it still foamed up nicely. I found it convenient that the foam came out well even when I tilted the bottle instead of keeping it upright. Being a mousse type, it was difficult to control the amount. It always dispensed a bit more than I wanted, and small bubbles would slowly form and collect at the nozzle. I intentionally bought the 'Moist' version because mousse cleansers often have strong cleansing power that can leave my skin feeling tight. However, after washing, instead of feeling moisturized, it seemed like the cleansing effectiveness was lacking. It felt like some oil residue remained, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The foam didn't seem to mix well with water during cleansing; instead, it just fell off when water touched it. Also, even though I could feel product remaining when I shook the bottle, nothing would come out, so it seemed to run out faster than expected. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 15, 2020
I've never had blemishes or sensitive skin before, so I could use pretty much any skincare product without issues! I remember using this one because it produced such a rich, creamy lather that felt luxurious on my skin. Due to wearing masks because of COVID, I've started getting blemishes and my skin has become super sensitive. When I used this product, it caused deep dryness and my skin started to break out. I wouldn't recommend it for those with sensitive skin. - da**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 12, 2020
I loved how the rich, creamy lather made my skin feel extra clean I can't think of any downsides. It was great that it didn't leave my skin feeling tight - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJul 11, 2020
The foam texture is fantastic - it's so rich and creamy! You can cleanse your face without even touching it with your hands. I have acne-prone skin with combination dehydrated tendencies. Even though this is supposed to be moisturizing, I still experience deep dryness after using it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 9, 2020
First off, I loved the scent. The mousse foam texture felt great when applying. Apart from the nice smell and pleasant feel, there's not much else to praise. I bought it because it was supposed to be moisturizing, but my skin feels extremely tight after washing. - br******Combination SkinSensitive SkinMar 5, 2020
Snagged this at a great price during a road shop sale +1. The rich lather is impressive and adds a fun element to cleansing +1. Surprisingly, my boyfriend (who has sensitive, acne-prone combination dehydrated skin) loves it even more than I do! The abundant foam ensures a thorough cleanse, which is definitely a plus +1. The generous size is a real bargain - feels like it'll last ages! +1 The mousse-type dispenser makes it tricky to control the amount -1. Sometimes you end up with way too much product. The copious foam, while great for cleansing, can be a bit much - it gets all over your hairline, and you practically end up washing your hair -1. Can't really tell if it's moisturizing. Honestly, it doesn't seem that different from your average foam cleanser -1. The Hwahae ingredient analysis isn't great either -1. I just realized Bifesta is actually a Japanese brand... - cr**********Dry SkinOct 1, 2019
The foam is incredibly rich and creamy. It's so thick that it won't fall off even if you turn your hand upside down. It doesn't easily dissolve when touched, and it's very, very dense with fine particles. The scent is pleasant, and it's convenient to use. However, I'm not sure about its benefits. I don't particularly notice my skin becoming smoother after using it. As for cleansing effectiveness, there are many other good domestic products available...
