It absorbs well without leaving any white cast, feels moisturizing, and applies smoothly. I really enjoy using it. I can't think of any particular downsides. It's a solid, reliable product that's easy to use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 28, 2022
I love how it absorbs well, has a long-lasting scent, and leaves minimal white cast. It's also great for men who want a lightweight option. There weren't many downsides, but you do need to be careful as it tends to get on your eyebrows after application. - wa*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 30, 2022
As someone with dry skin, I usually only use mineral sunscreen on its own and don't typically wear sunscreen when doing my makeup. But I bought this because I needed something waterproof for some water activities coming up. I applied two layers and topped it with a light dusting of powder foundation. I'm pleased to say it held up perfectly even after surfing! While the foundation certainly helped, the fact that I didn't get sunburned shows that the waterproof function works well. In the past, I'd given up on wearing foundation for water activities, opting instead for a hat and thick layers of mineral sunscreen. Now I can look pretty in photos even during water activities! Oh, and I should mention that while I usually experience a burning sensation with organic sunscreens containing lavender oil, ethanol, or fragrances (I have sensitive skin prone to redness), this one didn't irritate my skin at all. I plan to use it not just for water activities, but for all outdoor activities from now on. When I applied one layer and put foundation on top, my eyes didn't sting. But when I layered it on thickly, trusting it wouldn't irritate me, my eyes did start to sting a bit. It seems you need to apply the right amount to avoid eye irritation. Still, compared to other organic sunscreens that can make it impossible to open your eyes, this one is relatively mild in terms of eye irritation. I've become more sensitive to eye irritation since getting LASEK surgery, so people with less sensitive eyes might not notice this at all. I recommend this for those with dry skin - apply the right amount, layer with a matte foundation, and you've got yourself a great waterproof makeup look! - sm*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 27, 2021
The texture is incredibly light and applies smoothly. It's watery, which makes it hydrating, and I think it would be great for fall and winter use too. The compact size is perfect for carrying around, and the fully plastic container means it won't leak even if it gets squished in your bag. I was hoping for a sunscreen that would deeply absorb into the skin, but this one feels more like it leaves a moisturized yet powdery finish. The scent was also a bit off-putting for me. Considering the amount, the price doesn't feel particularly budget-friendly either! - js*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 13, 2021
I tried a watery sunscreen for the first time, and I'm impressed! It applies smoothly in a thin layer and absorbs well. What I loved most was how clean and fresh it felt after application. It's perfect for summer use. The bottle has a unique stone-like shape that fits comfortably in your hand and is great for carrying around. Usually, the scent of sunscreens can be off-putting even if everything else is great, but this one has a mild fragrance which I appreciated. It's an excellent product for those with dry skin types that need extra hydration. Even with my combination skin, it worked well. There's no white cast, so if you're looking for a moisturizing sunscreen, this one's a great choice. The price point might be a bit high considering the amount you get. It's in the early 20,000 won range for 50ml. Unless you can find it on sale or purchase it online at a discount, it might be a bit pricey for some. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 2, 2020
It absorbs smoothly like water, which I really liked. I also noticed a slight brightening effect on my complexion. It seems a bit too rich for my skin. After applying sunscreen, even with just a little sweat, my skin becomes extremely oily. Most importantly, it stings my eyes, making them water. Unfortunately, this product just doesn't agree with my skin. - cn*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 15, 2020
1. The scent is like a typical sunscreen fragrance, but with a refreshing herbal or floral note that's pleasant and not off-putting. 2. True to its 'watery sunscreen' name, it feels incredibly hydrating and leaves a slight glow when applied! It spreads like a moisturizing emulsion, making application effortless. 3. There's minimal white cast, just a slight brightening effect, making it perfect for a quick application when going out bare-faced. 4. When choosing sunscreens, I pay close attention to how makeup applies over it - whether it pills, separates, or breaks down oddly. This one, perhaps due to its hydrating nature or organic UV filters, maintains makeup well without those issues. The glowy finish even seems to add a dewy boost to foundation! 1. As always with Laneige, the price point is a bit high. 2. Due to its hydrating nature, some might find it a bit rich. If you apply foundation immediately after sunscreen, your makeup may darken quickly. Use a sun base or apply another base product over the sunscreen before foundation for longer-lasting makeup. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 5, 2020
True to its name, it's a watery sunscreen! It's not too runny, yet not too thick, making it just right for comfortable use. The smooth application means it absorbs well too. It's great for reapplication and works well on the body as well. While it's not overly oily, those with oily skin might find it a bit sticky, especially in summer. It's not a strong feeling, but if you're looking for a matte, powder-like finish, this might not be for you. Since it's not too sticky and doesn't leave a white cast, it's great for applying on arms, neck, legs, and body. The texture is easy to spread, which makes it even better. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 9, 2020
Absorbs well, feels moisturizing when applied, and has no white cast, making it perfect for use at school. It's slightly oily, which can make the skin look a bit shiny, and I feel like I'm getting a few blemishes here and there. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 14, 2019
I love that there's no white cast. It seems gentle and suits my skin well. The only downside is the small size. But given the affordable price, I can't really complain.
