Here's my experience: Usage: I started using this to prevent postpartum hair loss, looking for a volumizing shampoo with good ingredients. It's a low pH shampoo that leaves my scalp feeling squeaky clean. Unlike other clarifying shampoos, it doesn't leave my hair feeling dry or brittle. Even with my long hair, I only need to use a treatment every 2-3 washes. This shampoo works well on its own without making my hair feel parched or frizzy. (To be honest, since having the baby, I've been rushed and only using shampoo anyway!) Fragrance: The rosemary and mint scent is incredibly refreshing after use. I'm very satisfied with it. Texture: It's not runny, but not too thick either - just the right consistency for a shampoo. It lathers up nicely when I massage it into my scalp, providing enough foam to cleanse thoroughly.
ConsWhile I don't particularly care for lingering fragrances in shampoos, I know many people prefer perfumed ones these days. This shampoo's scent doesn't last very long. The rosemary and mint aroma is so lovely while washing that I do wish it would stick around a bit longer. If you're looking for a shampoo with a long-lasting fragrance, keep this in mind. Also, the price is a bit steep. If it were more affordable, it would definitely be my holy grail shampoo. Unfortunately, it's not exactly budget-friendly.
TipThe rosemary and mint fragrance is incredibly invigorating. I'm the type who pays extra attention to my scalp when washing my hair. For long hair, I use about one and a half pumps, working it between my palms a few times before massaging it thoroughly into my scalp. It lathers up well, and thanks to the rosemary and mint, my scalp feels refreshed. The foam is quite rich, allowing me to cleanse my hair lengths with the remaining lather.
