When my skin returned to normal (oily), the cleansing power was a bit weak for me...

My skin suddenly became very dry, and even my scalp was irritated. I bought this shampoo to use alternately with the one I was using before, and it's great! 
My skin is oily, and my scalp is oily too, but whenever my body isn't feeling well, it gets too dry. That's why I bought this, and it's really good ~ I like it!
I had a bad experience using a similar product from Dr. Olga before, so I was a bit worried, but this one is completely different. I don't like products with a lot of ingredients and silicone oil, but this one is just the way I like it - minimal ingredients and no silicone oil.

It's mild. But it lathers well. The cleansing power is medium-high. And it leaves an appropriate amount of moisture on the scalp. My scalp feels comfortable ~ And my hair isn't stiff. It's soft. I love it so much~~~

The price... Innisfree products are generally a bit expensive. They are all good quality, though.

Highly recommended for oily skin types!

The area around my ears and temples was extremely itchy while using this shampoo, and I kept scratching it the entire time. After I stopped using this shampoo, the itching symptoms disappeared.
Despite my hair being severely frizzy and unruly, this shampoo did not help improve the condition at all.

The minty ingredients seem to leave a refreshing feeling after shampooing. It feels invigorating.

There's not much I'm dissatisfied with.

I'm the type who pays a lot of attention to my scalp when washing my hair and makes sure to thoroughly massage it.
For my long hair, I pump out about half a dose into my palm, rub it between my hands a few times, and then thoroughly massage it into every corner of my scalp.
The lather gets quite rich, and the rosemary and mint fragrance leaves my scalp feeling invigorated.
I then use the remaining lather to wash the length of my hair.

I personally don't crave a strong lingering fragrance in my shampoo, so the fact that the scent doesn't last long doesn't bother me much.
But these days, a lot of people seem to prefer perfumed shampoos.
This shampoo's fragrance doesn't last very long.

I was looking for a volumizing and good-ingredient shampoo to prepare for the postpartum hair loss that was soon to come. 
It's known to be a mildly acidic shampoo, and after using it, my scalp feels very clean and refreshed.
Most shampoos that make the scalp feel this clean and refreshed tend to leave the hair feeling a bit dry, but this product doesn't do that.
Even though I have long hair, I only need to use a hair treatment once every two or three washes.
When I just use this shampoo alone, my hair doesn't feel dry or brittle at all.
(In fact, since I've been rushed for time after giving birth because of the baby, I've naturally just been using this shampoo alone.)

I ordered the Scalp Tea Tree but it was delayed in shipping from the US, so I just ordered the Rosemary Mint instead. I'm not oily, but my scalp gets itchy in the evenings, and my husband has seborrheic dermatitis and hair loss, while my son has severe acne, so we were each using different shampoos until now. I've tried Aveda, Aromatica, Kerastase, Tsubaki, Headspa, and Botanist salon shampoos, constantly searching for ones that don't make my scalp itch. I was considering the Dr. Ola Tea Tree shampoo that's ranked #1 on Hwahae, but the reviews said it didn't lather well and felt stiff, so I ordered the Innolabs one instead. The ingredients are almost the same and the packaging is similar. Even though it's a mild, natural formula, it lathers well and two pumps are enough to thoroughly cleanse my medium-length hair and scalp. By the afternoon, my scalp feels less itchy, and there's no greasy smell. My hair isn't super stiff (the Aromatica Scalp one was very rigid), just at a normal level. The ingredients are good, and I'm satisfied with the usage, so I plan to buy a few more bottles. I was surprised to find that my husband's TS shampoo and my son's Atoshop Win Win shampoo both contained cocamide DEA, which is a carcinogen banned in Europe, so I chose Innolabs based on the ingredients. My husband used TS for a long time, but I never tried it because I really dislike the advertising (very subjective).

The price is a bit high, but it would be better if the price was a little lower!

I'm using it with satisfaction as the ingredients and fragrance are both good!
