Pros
It's great for the summer as it feels refreshing when applied to the face, and it's also good for providing moisture during dry seasons. However, if used excessively, it can cause milia to appear on the skin. This cooling cream doesn't need to be refrigerated, but it still provides a cooling sensation and seems to replenish moisture. I'm very satisfied with it.

Pros
Since it contains aloe, when applied, the cooling sensation is no joke! I'm about to purchase the full-size product after using up the sample ㅎㅎ As my skin temperature lowers, there's no more heat and my skin feels plump!! It's even more watery than the Kiehl's Moisturizer ㅎ
Cons
As an aloe soothing gel, I don't think there are any disappointing aspects! It feels like it's doing its job and absorbing well?
Tip

It feels like I've opened the lid of an apple jam jar. The dense texture is firmly packed down. As I apply it, I can see little granules here and there. It's said to contain a ton of marigold flower petals. Even without refrigerating it, applying it to my face gives a nice cooling sensation. Using it before makeup makes my makeup application feel smoother and more seamless. On days when my skin needs soothing, applying this and rinsing it off leaves my face feeling comfortably refreshed.
Cons
The price is quite expensive... Looking at the ingredients, I can see why it feels that way.

The cooling and soothing effects were definitely noticeable. I don't usually write reviews like this, but I had a huge hormonal breakout and my skin was bumpy and scarred. First, the scent was so lovely The texture and fragrance reminded me of yuzu tea!ㅌㅋㅋ I applied it evenly across my face, and I enjoyed the cooling sensation along with the fragrance that spread across my face!bb After leaving it on for about 5 minutes and rinsing it off, I felt a refreshing sensation deep within my skin(?) My skin also became smoother I felt like my face became lighter - great great!

Whenever winter comes, my face gets all messed up, becoming irritated, itchy, and flushed ㅠ So I had it stored away for almost a month and just started using it properly. When my face gets all messed up and irritated, I don't recommend this Applying this makes the irritation even worse..it becomes unbearably irritating ㅋㅋ I would run to wash my face right after applying it. Pros
The scent may be divisive, but I personally found it to be absolutely wonderful! The soothing effect is fantastic, and the cooling sensation lasts much longer than other soothing masks. And when you use it straight from the refrigerator, it's just amazing - the intense chill really helps reduce puffiness in the morning. I use it daily, and it makes my makeup apply so smoothly. It keeps my skin moisturized and regulates my facial temperature all day long. While there aren't any dramatic effects, I'm really pleased with the deep hydration and soothing properties. Even though it's the rainy season and my skin might be feeling dry, I think using this ahead of time will be great when the oiliness starts to come back after the rainy season ends.
Cons
The price is quite steep... I usually love the Kiehl's Calendula line, but honestly, it's quite expensive. I'd love to use this daily, but the cost is a bit prohibitive.
Tip
It's better to apply it a bit more thickly with the dedicated spatula, rather than too thinly. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Using the Calendula skin toner and a moisturizer (doesn't have to be the Kiehl's one, as I find their moisturizer doesn't quite suit me) afterwards is also great. Even with my very dry skin, this routine is enough to keep my skin sufficiently hydrated! And if you store it in the fridge, your face will literally freeze - it's amazing!
