Pros
The moisturizing is excellent, and I've seen great effects in calming redness and heat sensation.
Cons
It's really hard to wash off during cleansing, so I have to do it multiple times. I do it before showering and then rinse it off with the shower head.
Tip
Doing it for about 10 minutes is less effective than watching a whole drama episode while doing it - that seems to help more.

Pros
The cooling and soothing effects were definitely noticeable. I don't usually write reviews like this, but I had a huge hormonal breakout and my skin was bumpy and scarred. At first, I received the sample and tried it for a day, and I liked it so much that I immediately bought the full-size product! When I apply this and sleep, my skin feels so smooth and my blemishes are also soothed the next morning. Even though I have oily skin, there's no greasy or shiny feeling. The texture is more dense and rich than a regular soothing gel, almost like it has more honey in it. I found it works better when I apply it in a thicker layer rather than a thin one.
Cons
I didn't have any particular troubles, and it worked well for me even though I have oily skin! Especially during the seasonal changes, it's really great to apply it at night before bed.

Since I have sensitive skin, whenever I eat flour or get even a little less sleep, breakouts appear. But if I use this pack before bed, not only does my skin become moisturized the next day, but my breakouts are significantly reduced!!! The calming effect is definitely noticeable.
Cons
When I first used this, I was quite surprised - as soon as I applied it, my skin felt a burning sensation, making me worry that it might be too irritating. But aside from that initial feeling, the calming effect on my skin is definitely present.
Tip
I use this pack together with the Kiehl's Calendula Herbal-Extract Alcohol-Free Toner, and I can definitely feel a synergistic effect compared to using other toners.

The moment you open the lid, you are captivated by the fragrance. The texture is also excellent and moisturizing. After applying it, blemishes and dead skin miraculously disappear, so I make sure to use it whenever my skin needs care.
Cons
At first, the fragrance is pleasant, but it seems to change as you continue to rub it in. And there are flower petals, which cause a slight grittiness, but I don't think it's a major issue. However, I'm worried that the effect might diminish since the air comes into contact with it every time I open the lid.
