Pros

The floral scent makes this one of the rare Kiehl's products with a pleasant fragrance. I have dry skin and sun allergies, so my skin peels and itches whenever I'm out in the summer. Regular cooling products don't seem to calm it down much, but this one appears to have excellent soothing effects. With aloe vera, it has a calming effect, and most importantly, the non-sticky formula works well for someone like me who dislikes tackiness.
Cons
There may be an initial stinging sensation when first applied, which could be problematic for those with very sensitive skin.

I purchased this in Italy, and the Kiehl's staff member explained that while it's labeled as a 'mask', it can be used like a sleeping pack - you apply it and sleep with it on.
