Matte... It's not matte, but just a real foundation smell + thick foundation caked on feeling.. It's an extreme matte.. And the accentuation of flaky skin is really serious.. It's like an exfoliating scrub, it really lifts it up... It's really serious... My lips are on the dry side, so that may be the reason, but it wasn't great.

Since it applies so thickly, it transfers a lot and there's no pigmentation at all (see photo), so the color disappears quickly.

The name says it's 'Matt', but it feels more like a paint-like texture rather than a matte finish.

1. When I apply it, my lips feel immediately irritated. But it wasn't painful.

1. The color felt like an orange + deep brown on the back of my hand, but when applied to my lips, it had a slightly brighter and whiter mixed feeling.
2. It's called a matte lip, but when I first applied it, it felt more oily and smoothly covered my entire lips. After waiting a bit, it matte-ified.
3. It may be water-sensitive? I can easily remove it with cleansing tissues or just regular wet wipes, and when I rub it with my hands, it doesn't bleed and stays well-fixed.

When tested on the back of the hand, it didn't wipe off easily, but when applied on the lips and drinking beverages, it transfers onto the cup and when wiping with a tissue, it wipes off easily. When applied, the lips feel burning. The intensity varies by user, which seems to be the reason for the mixed reviews on this feature.

The pigmentation and application are good. It adheres quickly to the lips as soon as applied.
Despite being a matte tint, it has less emphasis on dry skin.

When I first used it, my lips felt a bit irritated and slightly stinging. But after using it a bit more, that sensation went away.
