Matte... It's not matte, but just a real foundation smell + thick foundation caked on feeling.. It's an extreme matte.. And the accentuation of flaky skin is really serious.. Since it applies so thickly, it transfers a lot and there's no pigmentation at all (see photo), so the color disappears quickly.

The name says it's 'Matt', but it feels more like a paint-like texture rather than a matte finish.

1. The color felt like an orange + deep brown on the back of my hand, but when applied to my lips, it had a slightly brighter and whiter mixed feeling.

When applied, the lips feel burning. The intensity varies by user, which seems to be the reason for the mixed reviews on this feature.

The pigmentation and application are good. It adheres quickly to the lips as soon as applied.
Despite being a matte tint, it has less emphasis on dry skin.
