Pros
This is an essential eye primer for me. That's why I've been looking around for different products, and this one seems to have worked the best for me. I'm currently using something else, but I'm planning to go back to this one. The amount is quite generous, so it lasts a long time. When I apply this and then put on eyeshadow, the color payoff and longevity are noticeably different. It lasts a long time and the color is beautifully executed.
Cons

Once applied, it has amazing adhesion and color payoff. It's also a great value with a generous amount, so it lasts a long time.
Cons
This is a personal issue, but when I use it, it really exaggerates the wrinkles around my eyes. So I've had to give up on the adhesion and just focus on protecting the delicate eye area.
Tip
If you apply too much, it can get cakey, so don't glob it on like an eye cream. Just lightly dab it on. And be careful not to get it on your lashes.

I'm a long-time user. No creasing, and my eyeliner doesn't smear! The eyeshadow swatches are also more vibrant. The quantity is more than expected, so it lasts a long time. Considering the cost-effectiveness, I don't think there's a better eye primer out there. (Attached photo.. You can see that I've used it economically...)

Pros
First of all, I'm so happy that there's no eye makeup smudging since I started using the primer! The eyeshadow application is also better, and I'm satisfied that there's no eyeliner smudging. I was worried that using only a small amount would cause it to dry out, but it hasn't dried out at all! I'm continuing to repurchase and use it.
Cons
It's best to dispense a small amount onto the back of your hand and gently pat it onto your eyelids with your fingers. Make sure to let it fully absorb before applying eyeshadow for better color payoff. While it can sometimes get clumpy or appear chalky if too much is used, this rarely happens.
Tip
The VDL primer + Innisfree No Sebum powder is my go-to holy grail combination! I used to just use the No Sebum powder, but when I layer the primer underneath, my eye makeup doesn't budge at all. I have a lot of fat on my eyelids, so eye makeup smudging was a big issue for me, but using the powder on top of the primer really solves that problem. For those without as much eyelid fat, the primer alone should be sufficient.
