Pros
My eyes have a lot of sebum in the double eyelids, so any eyeliner and eyeshadow I use ends up creasing on the double eyelids after a few hours. But when I apply this, it lasts well into the afternoon!
Cons

I have oily eyelids, but when I use this product, the eye makeup lasts incredibly well. The eyeliner also doesn't smudge easily, and if I apply a little under my eyes, it doesn't transfer as much down below.
Cons

The Urban Decay product is more affordable than this one~ It's quite usable.

The shadow color applies very well and doesn't come off until I get home! I really like it and have been using it continuously.

It has to be applied quickly, or else it hardens and becomes a bit whitish.

Pros
Due to the creasing of the eyeshadow, I had to constantly reapply and blend it, but after using this product, I'm very satisfied as there's no creasing, smudging, or fading.
Cons
It takes a bit of time to apply and properly dry the product before layering the eyeshadow, and the applied area can appear chalky, so you have to be careful to only apply it directly on the eyelid area. If applied elsewhere, it will dry out and need to be patted down with a sponge or cushion.

The longevity is really, really good and the difference between applying and not applying this product is enormous! It seems to be worth more than a primer. The color is not completely white, but more of an ivory shade, so it seems to blend better with the skin! The lack of stickiness is the best part.
Cons
If you don't apply this product to your eyes and spread it quickly, it hardens right away.. This is a really critical downside..
Tip
Be sure to rub it in immediately after applying this product!!!

The eye primer function is a really smart product!!! I really like it!!!
Cons
When it's almost used up, there's still some left at the bottom, but I can't use it all and always end up throwing it away.... The tip gets a bit hardened..
Tip
Dispense it onto the back of your hand and rub it in, then apply it to the eyelids!!! If it gets hardened, just blow some warm breath on it and it will melt!

Pros
There is a lot of oil buildup around my eyes, so using a primer and powder is essential. This product definitely fulfills the primer function well. When applied before eye makeup, the eyeshadow doesn't clump along the crease line and blends nicely. It also has great staying power, and the color payoff is much more vivid compared to when I don't use it. Even with powder application, the color gradually fades over time, but this product seems to maintain the initial color for quite a while.
Cons
However, in my case, it does tend to fade a bit during the summer... (but it's still better than not using it at all) The most disappointing aspect is that the primer takes some time to dry. If I don't let it dry properly before doing my eye makeup, it can cause the eyeshadow to smear.
Tip
After lightly applying some powder around the eye area to absorb excess oil and then using the primer, the longevity of the makeup was improved.
