But the color match was so perfect that I couldn't give up, so I ended up purchasing this product. I realized the two are completely different products, and the colors are different as well. Since my face tends to be reddish, the original version with more yellow undertones suited me better. But in terms of moisturizing and adherence, this one seems better for light, everyday application. The foundation I used before was the MAKE UP FOR EVER UHD Foundation, and the color match is almost the same. This product is a bit more runny, but the coverage seems a bit better. I'll have to see how the longevity is, since I just tried it today. And the color does seem a bit brighter... I usually use shade 23.
ConsI tried it for the first time this morning, but I don't feel my face is dry or tight at all. And even though I have sensitive skin, I don't see any signs of breakouts coming up.
TipThey say it's better to apply with a brush, but I'm known among my friends as a 'clumsy bear', so I just dab it on with a puff from the Daiso set without soaking it in water. Still, it applies thinly and naturally. I feel like soaking the puff in water would strip the moisture from my face, so I prefer not to do that.

If you dislike heavy foundations, you'll be very satisfied with this. I didn't experience any darkening, and true to its name 'Double Wear', the longevity is excellent. While many say the coverage is lacking, compared to other creamy foundations, the coverage is better, but if you're used to Estée Lauder's original Double Wear, you may be quite disappointed with the coverage. The coverage isn't high, but I'm very satisfied that even after a long time, problem areas like acne scars and enlarged pores don't get cakey or blotchy.
ConsYou can feel that this is a product with low coverage when you apply it.

It's definitely more moisturizing and has a thinner, more fluid texture that applies very thinly and lightly. Even though it's a moisturizing foundation, the coverage is still great👍🏻 Estée Lauder is the best. The yellow undertone in the Sand color is much less noticeable, and the shade looks much prettier now. The shorter one in the photo is the existing Double Wear, and the longer one is the Double Wear Nude. There's also a nice glow that wasn't present in the original Double Wear. When using a brush, it applies thinly and with a glow, and when using a damp sponge, it provides a bit more coverage, but still maintains an appropriate level of coverage even when layered.
ConsWhen I first started using it, I thought it was terrible because the weather was so hot, but now that it's cooler, I'm really enjoying it and take back all my previous complaints~~ I have combination skin, where my T-zone is oily but my cheeks are very dry. On hot days, it doesn't get disgustingly shiny, but my nose and forehead just disappear and the longevity isn't great. But these days, in the current weather, I'm 200% satisfied and loving using it~
TipIf you're thinking of buying this because you want the existing Double Wear to be more moisturizing, you'll definitely regret it. That's what happened to me ㅠㅠ This is a completely different foundation from the original Double Wear. Think of it as a thin, fluid, glowy foundation with sheer coverage. If you're used to the original Double Wear, you might find this one lacking in terms of transfer-resistance, coverage, and longevity.
